سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ( دیت کے معاملہ میں ) سب دانت برابر ہیں، سامنے کے دانت اور داڑھ برابر ہیں ۔

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Teeth are all the same; the incisor and the molar are the same.”

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دانت کی دیت میں پانچ اونٹ کا فیصلہ فرمایا۔

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that : the Prophet (ﷺ) ruled that (the compensatory money) for a tooth was five camels.
