سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: بےزبان ( جانور ) کا زخم بے قیمت اور بیکار ہے، کان اور کنویں میں گر کر مر جائے تو وہ بھی بیکار ہے ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: “The injuries caused by the beast are without liability, and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability.”

میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: بےزبان ( جانور ) کا زخم بیکار ہے، اور کان میں گر کر مر جائے تو وہ بھی بیکار ہے

Khathir bin 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'Awf narrated that his grandfather said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'The injuries cause by the beast are without liability, and mines are without liability.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فیصلہ فرمایا: کان بیکار ہے اور کنواں بیکار و رائیگاں ہے، اور «عجماء» چوپائے وغیرہ حیوانات کو کہتے ہیں، اور «جبار» ایسے نقصان کو کہتے ہیں جس میں جرمانہ اور تاوان نہیں ہوتا، کنواں بیکار و رائیگاں ہے، اور بےزبان ( جانور ) کا زخم بیکار و رائیگاں ہے ۱؎۔

It was narrated that 'Ubadah bin Samit said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled that there is no liability for injuries caused by falling into a mines or a well, nor those caused by a beast.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: آگ بیکار ہے، اور کنواں بیکار ہے ۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “(The injuries caused by) a fire are without liability, and by falling into a well.”
