سنن ابن ماجہ

میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا، آپ کے پاس ترکے کا ایک ایسا مقدمہ لایا گیا جس میں دادا بھی ( وراثت کا حقدار ) تھا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے ایک تہائی یا چھٹا حصہ دیا ۱؎۔

It was narrated that Ma’qil bin Yasar Al-Muzani said: “I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) when a case was brought to him which involved the share of a grandfather. He gave him one third, or one sixth.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمارے خاندان کے ایک دادا کے لیے چھٹے حصہ کا فیصلہ فرمایا۔

It was narrated that Ma’qil bin Yasar said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled concerning a grandfather who was among us, that he should receive one sixth.”
