Chapter: It Is Permissible For A Blind Man To Call The Adhan So long As There Is A Man With Him Who Sees
A'isha reported: Ibn Umm Maktum used to pronounce Adhan at the behest of the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) (despite the fact) that he was blind.
A hadith like this has been transmitted by Hisham.
