سنن نسائ

ہم نے حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا: آپ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ کس وقت سحری کھائی ہے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: ( تقریباً ) دن ۱؎ مگر سورج ۲؎ نکلا نہیں تھا۔

It was narrated that Zirr said: We said to Hudhaifah: 'At what time did you take Sahur with the Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'It was daytime, but before the sun had risen. (Daif)

میں نے حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ سحری کھائی، پھر ہم نماز کے لیے نکلے، تو جب ہم مسجد پہنچے تو دو رکعت سنت پڑھی ہی تھی کہ نماز شروع ہو گئی، اور ان دونوں کے درمیان ذرا سا ہی وقفہ رہا۔

Zirr bin Hubaish said: I had Sahur with Hudhaifah, then we went out to pray. When we came to the Masjid we prayed two Rakahs, then the Iqamah for prayer was said, and there was only a short time between them. Abu Hurairah said : The Messenger of Allah said: 'Eat Sahur, for in Sahur there is blessing.

ساتھ سحری کھائی، پھر ہم مسجد کی طرف نکلے، اور ہم نے فجر کی دونوں رکعتیں پڑھیں، ( اتنے میں ) نماز کھڑی کر دی گئی تو ہم نے نماز پڑھی۔

It was narrated that Silah bin Zufar said: I had Sahur with Hudhaifah, then we went out to the Masjid. We prayed the two Rakahs of Fajr, then the Iqamah for prayer was made, and we prayed.
