نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم صبح کا کھانا ( سحری کو ) لازم پکڑو، کیونکہ یہ مبارک کھانا ہے“۔

It was narrated from Al-Miqdam bin Madikarib that the Prophet said: You should take Sahur for it is the blessed breakfast.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک شخص سے کہا: ”صبح کے مبارک کھانے یعنی سحری کے لیے آؤ“۔

It was narrated that Khalid bin Ma'dan said: The Messenger of Allah said to a man: 'Come to the blessed breakfast, - meaning Sahur. '
