رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ کہتا ہے: روزہ میرے لیے ہے، اور میں ہی اس کا بدلہ دوں گا۔ اور روزے دار کے لیے دو خوشیاں ہیں: ایک جس وقت وہ روزہ کھولتا ہے، اور دوسری جس وقت وہ اپنے رب سے ملے گا، اور قسم ہے اس ذات کی جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے۔ روزے دار کے منہ کی بو اللہ کے نزدیک مشک کی بو سے بھی زیادہ پاکیزہ ہے“۔

It was narrated from 'Ali bin Abi Talib that the Messenger of Allah said: Allah, may He be blessed and exalted, says: 'Fasting is for me and I shall reward for it. The fasting person has two moments of joy: When he breaks his fast and when he meets his Lord.' By the One in whose hand is my soul, the smell that comes from the mouth of the fasting person is better before Allah than the fragrance of musk. '

عزوجل فرماتا ہے: روزہ خاص میرے لیے ہے اور میں ہی اس کا بدلہ دوں گا، اور روزے دار کے لیے دو خوشیاں ہیں: ایک وقت وہ اپنے رب سے ملے گا، اور دوسری خوشی وہ جو اسے روزہ کھولنے کے وقت حاصل ہوتی ہے۔ اور روزے دار کے منہ کی بو اللہ کے نزدیک مشک کی بو سے بھی زیادہ پاکیزہ ہے۔

It was narrated from Abu Al-Ahwas that 'Abdullah said: Allah, may He be exalted, said: 'Fasting is for me and I shall reward for it. The fasting person has two moments of joy: When he breaks his fast and when he meets his Lord. And the smell that comes from the mouth of the fasting person is better before Allah than the fragrance of musk. ' '
