انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سفر میں روزہ رکھنے کے بارے میں پوچھا تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”چاہو تو روزہ رکھو، اور چاہو تو نہ رکھو“۔

It was narrated from Hamza bin 'Amr Al-Aslami that: he asked the Messenger of Allah about fasting while traveling. He said: If, then he said something to the effect that: If you want, then fast, and if you want, then do not fast.

حمزہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! آگے اوپر والی حدیث کے مثل ہے اور یہ حدیث مرسل ۲؎ ہے۔

It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Yasar that Hamzah bin 'Amr said: O Messenger of Allah. (And he narrated) something similar, in Mursal from.

میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سفر میں روزہ رکھنے کے بارے میں پوچھا؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اگر تم روزہ رکھنا چاہو تو رکھو اور اگر نہ رکھنا چاہو تو نہ رکھو“۔

انہوں نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! میں سفر میں اپنے اندر روزہ رکھنے کی طاقت پاتا ہوں ( تو کیا میں روزہ رکھوں؟ ) آپ نے فرمایا: ”اگر چاہو تو رکھو، اور چاہو تو نہ رکھو“۔

انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سفر میں روزہ رکھنے کے بارے میں پوچھا: تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”اگر رکھنا چاہو تو رکھو، اور اگر نہ رکھنا چاہو تو نہ رکھو“۔

میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں مسلسل روزہ رکھتا تھا، تو میں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! میں سفر میں مسلسل روزہ رکھوں؟ تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”اگر چاہو تو رکھو اور چاہو تو نہ رکھو“۔

It was narrated that Hamzah bin 'Amr said: I used to fast continually at the time of the Messenger of Allah. I said: 'O continually while traveling.' He said: 'If you wish then fast, and if you wish then do not fast. '

میں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے نبی! میں مسلسل روزہ رکھنے والا آدمی ہوں تو کیا میں سفر میں بھی برابر روزہ رکھوں؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اگر چاہو تو رکھو، اور اگر چاہو تو نہ رکھو“۔

It was narrated that Hamzah said: I said: 'O Prophet of Allah, I am a man who fasts continually, so should I fast while traveling?' He said: 'If you wish then fast, and if you wish then do not fast. '

انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا وہ ایک ایسے آدمی تھے جو سفر میں روزہ رکھتے تھے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اگر چاہو تو رکھو، اور اگر چاہو تو نہ رکھو“۔
