رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تجارتی قافلے سے آگے جا کر ملنے سے منع فرمایا۔

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that: the Messenger of Allah forbade meeting traders on the way.

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منع فرمایا کہ کوئی آگے جا کر تجارتی قافلے سے ملے، اور کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے، ( راوی طاؤس کہتے ہیں: ) میں نے ابن عباس سے کہا: اس قول ”کوئی شہری دیہاتی کا سامان نہ بیچے“ کا کیا مطلب ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: یعنی شہری دلال نہ بنے۔

It was narrate from Ibn Tawus, from his father, that Ibn 'Abbas said; The Messenger of Allah forbade meeting the riders, and for a town-dweller. I said to Ibn 'Abbas: What does a town-dweller (selling) for a desert-dweller mean? he said: He should not act as a broker for him,

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”آگے جا کر تجارتی قافلے سے نہ ملو، جو اس سے جا کر ملا اور اس سے کوئی چیز خرید لی، جب اس کا مالک بازار آئے تو اسے اختیار ہو گا“ ۱؎۔

Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Do and whoever meets any of them and buys from him the vendor has the choice of annulling the transaction when he comes to the marketplace. '
