جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فتح مکہ کیا تو خطبے میں فرمایا: ”ہر اس زخم میں جس میں ہڈی کھل جائے، دیت پانچ پانچ اونٹ ہیں“ ۱؎۔
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib that his father told him that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said:
When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) conquered Makkah , he said in his Khutbah: 'For any wound that exposes the bone, the diyah is five (camels) each.'
