سنن نسائ

میں نے ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو کہتے ہوئے سنا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مجھے برتن دیتے، تو میں اس سے پیتی جب کہ میں حائضہ ہوتی تھی، پھر میں اسے آپ کو دے دیتی تھی تو آپ میرے منہ رکھنے کی جگہ تلاشتے اور اسی  ( جگہ )  کو اپنے منہ پر رکھتے۔

It was narrated from Al-Miqdam bin Shuraih that his father said: I heard 'Aishah say: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would give me the vessel and I would drink from it, when I was menstruating, then I would give it to him and he would look for the place where I had put my mouth and put that to his mouth.'

میں پیالہ سے پانی پیتی اور میں حائضہ ہوتی، پھر اسے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دے دیتی تو آپ اپنا منہ میرے منہ کی جگہ رکھتے اور اس سے پیتے، اور میں ہڈی سے اپنے دانت سے گوشت نوچتی اور حائضہ ہوتی، پھر اسے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دے دیتی، تو آپ اپنا منہ میرے منہ کی جگہ پر رکھتے۔

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: I would drink when I was menstruating, then I would hand it to the Prophet (ﷺ), and he would put his mouth where mine had been and drink. And I would nibble at a bone on which some bits of meat were left when I was menstruating, then I would give it to the Prophet (ﷺ) and he would put his mouth where my mouth had been.
