جامع ترمزی

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”پچھنا لگانے والے کی کمائی خبیث ( گھٹیا ) ہے ۱؎ زانیہ کی اجرت ناپاک ۲؎ ہے اور کتے کی قیمت ناپاک ہے“ ۳؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- رافع رضی اللہ عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں عمر، علی، ابن مسعود، ابومسعود، جابر، ابوہریرہ، ابن عباس، ابن عمر اور عبداللہ ابن جعفر رضی اللہ عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اکثر اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے۔ ان لوگوں نے کتے کی قیمت کو ناجائز جانا ہے، یہی شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا بھی قول ہے۔ اور بعض اہل علم نے شکاری کتے کی قیمت کی اجازت دی ہے۔

Narrated Rafi' b. Khadij: That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The earnings of the cupper is filth, the earnings of the fornicator (from harlotry) is filth, and the price of a dog is filth. [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from 'Umar, 'Ali, Ibn Mas'ud, Abu Masu'd, Jabir, Abu Hurairah, Ibn 'Abbas, Ibn 'Umar, and 'Abdullah bin Ja'far. [Abu 'Eisa said:] The Hadith is Rafi' is a Hasan Sahih Hadith. This is acted upon according to most of the people of knowledge, they disliked the price of a dog. This the view of Ash-Shafi'i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. Some of the people of knowledge permitted the price of the hunting dog.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کتے کی قیمت، زانیہ کی کمائی اور کاہن کی مٹھائی سے منع فرمایا ہے ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے۔

Narrated Abu Mas'ud Al-Ansari: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited the price of a dog, the earnings of the fornicator (from harlotry), and the news of the fortune-teller. This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.
