جامع ترمزی

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کتے اور بلی کی قیمت سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- اس حدیث کی سند میں اضطراب ہے۔ بلی کی قیمت کے بارے میں یہ صحیح نہیں ہے، ۲- یہ حدیث اعمش سے مروی ہے انہوں نے اپنے بعض اصحاب سے روایت کی ہے اور اس نے جابر سے، یہ لوگ اعمش سے اس حدیث کی روایت میں اضطراب کا شکار ہیں، ۳- اور ابن فضل نے اس سند کے علاوہ دوسری سند سے بطریق: «الأعمش، عن أبي حازم، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» روایت کی ہے، ۴- اہل علم کی ایک جماعت نے بلی کی قیمت کو ناجائز کہا ہے، ۵- اور بعض لوگوں نے اس کی رخصت دی ہے، یہی احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا بھی قول ہے۔

Narrated Jabir: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited the price of the dog and the cat. [Abu 'Eisa said:] There is some confusion (Idtirab) in the chain for this Hadith. The price of a cat is not correct. This Hadith has been reported from Al-A'mash, from some of his companions, from Jabir, and they caused some confusion for Al-A'mash in this narration. There are those among the people of knowledge who disliked the price of a cat, and some of them permitted it. This is the view of Ahmad and Ishaq. It has been reported from Ibn Al-Fudail, from Al-A'mash, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurairah from the Prophet (ﷺ), through other than this route.

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بلی اور اس کی قیمت کھانے سے منع فرمایا۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث غریب ہے، ۲- اور ہم عبدالرزاق کے علاوہ کسی بڑے محدث کو نہیں جانتے جس نے عمرو بن زید سے روایت کی ہو۔

Narrated Jabir: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited eating the cat and from its price. [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Gharib. We do not know of any major (known) narrators who reports from 'Umar bin Zaid (one of the narrators) besides 'Abdur-Razzaq.
