This [Qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah .
Aam logon kay liye to yeh ( quran ) biyan hai aur perhezgari kay liye hidayat-o-naseehat hai.
यह बयान है लोगों के लिए और हिदायत व नसीहत है डरने वालों के लिए।
