سنن ابن ماجہ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: شفعہ اونٹ کی رسی کھولنے کے مانند ہے ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Preemption is like undoing the `Iqal.”

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: شریک کو شریک پر اس وقت شفعہ نہیں رہتا ہے، جب وہ خریداری میں اس سے سبقت کر جائے، اسی طرح نہ کم سن ( نابالغ ) کے لیے شفعہ ہے، اور نہ غائب کے لیے ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There is no preemption for a partner when his co-partner has beaten him to it (in another deal before), not for a minor nor one who is absent.”
