سنن نسائ

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے باہر نکل کر سامان خریدنے سے، مہاجر ( شہری ) کو دیہاتی کا مال بیچنے سے ۱؎، جانوروں کے تھن میں قیمت بڑھانے کے مقصد سے دودھ چھوڑنے سے، خود خریدنا مقصود نہ ہو لیکن دوسرے کو ٹھگانے کے لیے بڑھ بڑھ کر قیمت لگانے سے اور اپنے بھائی کے مول پر بھاؤ بڑھانے سے اور اپنی سوکن ۲؎ کے لیے طلاق کا مطالبہ کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah forbade meeting (the traders on the way) a Muhajhir selling for a Bedouin, keeping the milk in the udder of an animal (so as to increase its price), artificially inflating prices, a man to urge the cancellation of sale already agreed upon and a woman to ask that her sister (in faith) be divorced.
