سنن نسائ

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے درخت کے پھل ( کھجور ) توڑے ہوئے پھلوں ( کھجور ) سے بیچنے سے منع فرمایا۔ عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں: مجھ سے زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع عرایا میں اجازت عطا فرمائی ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that: the Prophet forbade selling fresh dates still on the tree for dried dates. Ibn 'Umar said: Azid bin Thabit narrated to me, that Allah's Messenger permitted that in the case o 'Ayaya '

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع مزابنہ سے منع فرمایا، اور مزابنہ یہ ہے کہ درخت میں موجود پھل کو متعین توڑے ہوئے پھلوں سے بیچنا اس طور پر کہ زیادہ ہوا تو بھی میرا ( یعنی کا ) اور کم ہوا تو بھی میرے ذمہ۔

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that: the Messenger of Allah forbade Muzabanah. Ad Muzabanah is when what is art the tops of the trees is sold for a certain amount f dried dates; if there are more then I gain, and if there are less the I lose.
