And those who accuse chaste women and then do not produce four witnesses - lash them with eighty lashes and do not accept from them testimony ever after. And those are the defiantly disobedient,
Jo log pak daman aurton per zina ki tohmat lagayen phir char gawah na paish ker saken to unhen assi koray lagao aur kabhi bhi unn ki gawahee qabool na kero. Yeh fasiq log hain.
और जो लोग शरीफ़ और पाकदामन स्त्री पर तोहमत लगाएँ, फिर चार गवाह न लाएँ, उन्हें अस्सी कोड़े मारो और उन की गवाही कभी भी स्वीकार न करो - वही है जो अवज्ञाकारी है। -
Those who commit unlawful sexual intercourse of your women - bring against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine the guilty women to houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way.
Tumhari aurton mein say jo bey hayaee ka kaam keren unn per apney mein say chaar gawah talab kero agar woh gawahi den to inn aurton ko gharon mein qaid rakho yahan tak kay maut unn ki umaren poori ker dey ya Allah Taalaa unn kay liye koi aur raasta nikalay.
और तुम्हारी औरतों में से जो कोई बदकारी करे तो उनपर अपनों में से चार मर्द गवाह करो, फिर अगर वे गवाही देदें तो उन औरतों को घरों के अंदर बंद रखो यहाँ तक कि उनको मौत आ जाए या अल्लाह उनके लिए कोई राह निकाल दे।
