And indeed, they were about to tempt you away from that which We revealed to you in order to [make] you invent about Us something else; and then they would have taken you as a friend.
Yeh log aap ko iss wahee say jo hum ney aap per utari hai behkana chahtay hain kay aap iss kay siwa kuch aur hi humaray naam say ghar ghara len tab to aap ko yeh log apna wali dost bana letay.
और वे लगते थे कि तुम्हें फ़िले में डालकर उस चीज़ से हटा देने को हैं जिस की प्रकाशना हम ने तुम्हारी ओर की है, ताकि तुम उस से भिन्न चीज़ घड़कर हम पर थोपो, और तब वे तुम्हें अपना घनिष्ठ मित्र बना लेते
