It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things.
Woh Allah jiss ney tumharay liye zamin ki tamam cheezon ko peda kiya phir aasman ki taraf qasad kiya aur unn ko theek thaak saat aasman banaya aur woh her cheez ko janta hai.
वही है जिसने तुम्हारे लिए वह सब कुछ पैदा किया जो ज़मीन में है, फिर आसमान की तरफ़ तवज्जोह की, पस सातों आसमान तैयार कर दिए, और वह हर चीज़ को जानने वाला है।
Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being], willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly."
Phir aasman ki taraf mutawajja hua aur woh dhuwan ( sa ) tha pus issay aur zamin say farmaya kay tum khushi say aao ya na khushi say. Donon ney araz kiya hum ba-khushi hazir hain.
फिर उस ने आकाश की ओर रुख़ किया, जबकि वह मात्र धुआँ था- और उस ने उस से और धरती से कहा, 'आओ, स्वेच्छा के साथ या अनिच्छा के साथ।' उन्होंने कहा, 'हम स्वेच्छा के साथ आए।' -
