By the star when it descends,
Qasam hai sitarey ki jab woh girey.
गवाह है तारा, जब वह नीचे को आए
Your companion [Muhammad] has not strayed, nor has he erred,
Kay tumharey sathi ney na raah gum ki hai na woh terhi raah per hai.
तुम्हारा साथी (मुहम्मह सल्ल॰) न गुमराह हुआ और न बहका;
Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination.
Aur na woh apni khuwaish say koi baat kehtay hain.
और न वह अपनी इच्छा से बोलता है;
It is not but a revelation revealed,
Woh to sirf wahi hai jo utari jaati hai.
वह तो बस एक प्रकाशना है, जो की जा रही है
