Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allah has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless.
Yeh woh log hain jin kay dilon per aur jin kay kanon per aur jin ki aankhon per Allah ney mohar laga di hai aur yehi log ghafil hain.
ये वे लोग हैं कि अल्लाह ने उनके दिलों पर और उनके कानों पर और उनकी आँखों पर मुहर कर दी, और ये लोग बिल्कुल ग़ाफ़िल हैं।
Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Acquainted.
Uss ko to kissi ki nigah moheet nahi ho sakti aur woh sab nigahon ka moheet ho jata hai aur wohi bara bareek been ba khabar hai.
उसको निगाहें नहीं पातीं मगर वह निगाहों को पा लेता है और वह बड़ा बारीक-बीं, बड़ा बाख़बर है।
So when vision is dazzled
Pus jiss waqat kay nigha pathra jaeygi
तो जब निगाह चौंधिया जाएँगी,
