And do not marry those [women] whom your fathers married, except what has already occurred. Indeed, it was an immorality and hateful [to Allah ] and was evil as a way.
Aur unn aurton say nikkah na kero jin say tumharay baapon ney nikkah kiya hai magar jo guzar chuka hai yeh bey hayaee ka kaam aur bughz ka sabab hai aur bari buri raah hai.
और उन औरतों से निकाह मत करो जिनसे तुम्हारे बाप निकाह कर चुके हैं मगर जो पहले हो चुका, बेशक यह बेहयाई और नफ़रत की बात है और बहुत बुरा तरीक़ा है।
Prohibited to you [for marriage] are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters, your [milk] mothers who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives' mothers, and your step-daughters under your guardianship [born] of your wives unto whom you have gone in. But if you have not gone in unto them, there is no sin upon you. And [also prohibited are] the wives of your sons who are from your [own] loins, and that you take [in marriage] two sisters simultaneously, except for what has already occurred. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.
Haram ki gaeen tum per tumhari maayen aur tumhari larkiyan tumhari behnen tumhari phoopiyan aur tumhari khalaayen aur bhai ki larkiyan aur behan ki larkiyan aur tumhari woh maayen jinhon ney tumhen doodh pilaya ho aur tumhari doodh sharik behnen aur tumhari saas aur tumhari woh perwerish kerda larkiyan jo tumhari godd mein hain tumhari unn aurton say jin say tum dakhool ker chukay ho haan agar tum ney unn say jamaa na kiya ho to tum oer koi gunah nahi aur tumharay salbi sagay beton ki biwiyan aur tumhara do behnon ka jama kerna haan jo guzar chuka so guzar chuka yaqeenan Allah Taalaa bakshney wala meharban hai.
तुम्हारे ऊपर हराम की गई हैं तुम्हारी माएँ, तुम्हारी बेटियाँ, तुम्हारी बहनें, तुम्हारी फूफियाँ, तुम्हारी ख़ालाएँ, तुम्हारी भतीजियाँ और भांजियाँ और तुम्हारी वे माएँ जिन्होंने तुमको दूध् पिलाया, तुम्हारी दूध् शरीक बहनें, तुम्हारी बीवियों की माएँ और उनकी बेटियाँ जो तुम्हारी परवरिश में हैं जो तुम्हारी उन बीवियों से हों जिन से तुमने सोहबत की है, लेकिन अगर अभी तुमने उनसे सोहबत न की हो तो तुम पर कोई गुनाह नहीं, और तुम्हारे हक़ीक़ी बेटों की बीवियाँ, और यह कि तुम इकट्ठा करो दो बहनों को, मगर जो पहले हो चुका, बेशक अल्लाह बख़्शने वाला, मेहरबान है।
And [also prohibited to you are all] married women except those your right hands possess. [This is] the decree of Allah upon you. And lawful to you are [all others] beyond these, [provided] that you seek them [in marriage] with [gifts from] your property, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse. So for whatever you enjoy [of marriage] from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.
Aur ( haram ki gaeen ) shoher wali aurten magar woh jo tumhari milkiyat mein aajayen Allah Taalaa ney yeh ehkaam tum per farz ker diye hain aur inn aurton kay siwa aur aurten tumharay liye halal ki gaeen kay apney maal kay mehar say tum inn say nikkah kerna chahao buray kaam say bachne kay liye na kay shewat rani kay liye iss liye jin say tum faeeda uthao unhen unn ka muqarrar kiya hua mehar dey do aur mehar muqarrar ho janey kay baad tum aapas ki raza mandi say jo tey ker lo uss mein tum per koi gunah nahi be-shak Allah Taalaa ilm wala hikmat wala hai.
और वे औरतें भी हराम हैं जो किसी और के निकाह में हों मगर यह कि वे जंग में तुम्हारे हाथ आएं, यह अल्लाह का हुक्म है तुम्हारे ऊपर, उनके अलावा जो औरतें हैं वे सब तुम्हारे लिए हलाल हैं बशर्ते कि तुम अपने माल के ज़रिए उनके तालिब बनो उनसे निकाह करके न कि बदकारी की नीयत से, फिर उन औरतों में से जिन से तुम ने फायदा उठाया उनको उनका तय-शुदा महर दे दो, और महर के ठहराने के बाद जिस पर तुम आपस में राज़ी हो गए हो तो उसमें कोई गुनाह नहीं, बेशक अल्लाह जानने वाला, हिकमत वाला है।
