And We did not destroy any city but that for it was a known decree.
Kissi basti ko hum ney halak nahi kiya magar yeh kay uss kay liye muqarrar navishta tha.
और हमने इससे पहले जिस बस्ती को भी हलाक किया है उसका एक मुक़र्रर वक़्त लिखा हुआ था।
No nation will precede its term, nor will they remain thereafter.
Koi giroh apni maut say na aagay barhta hai na peechay rehta hai.
कोई क़ौम न अपने मुक़र्रर वक़्त से आगे बढ़ती है और न पीछे हटती है।
And they say,"O you upon whom the message has been sent down, indeed you are mad.
Enhon ney kaha aey woh shaks jiss per quran utara gaya hai yaqeenan tu to koi deewana hai.
और यह लोग कहते हैं कि ऐ वह शख़्स जिस पर नसीहत उतरी है तू बेशक दीवाना है।
Why do you not bring us the angels, if you should be among the truthful?"
Agar tu sacha hi hai to humaray pass farishton ko kiyon nahi laata.
अगर तू सच्चा है तो हमारे पास फ़रिश्तों को क्यों नहीं ले आता।
We do not send down the angels except with truth; and the disbelievers would not then be reprieved.
Hum farishton ko haq kay sath hi utartay hain aur uss waqt woh mohlat diye gaye nahi hotay.
हम फ़रिश्तों को सिर्फ़ फ़ैसले के लिए उतारते हैं और उस वक़्त लोगों को मोहलत नहीं दी जाती।
