Shuroo Allah kay naam say jo bara meharban nehayat reham kerney wala hai
अल्लाह के नाम से जो बड़ा कृपालु और अत्यन्त दयावान है।
Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree.
Yaqeenan hum nay issay shab qadar mein nazil farmaya
हम ने इसे क़द्र की रात में अवतरित किया
And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?
To kiaya janey kay shab qadar kiya hy
और तुम्हें क्या मालूम कि क़द्र की रात क्या है?
The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.
Shab qadar aik hazar maheeno say behter hai
क़द्र की रात उत्तम है हज़ार महीनों से,
The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
Iss ( mein her kaam ) kay siranjam denay ko apney rab kay hukum say farishty aur rooh ( jibrael ) utertay hain
उस में फ़रिश्तें और रूह हर महत्वपूर्ण मामलें में अपने रब की अनुमति से उतरते हैं
Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.
Yeh raat sir-a-sir slamti ki hoti hai aur fajar kay tuloo honay tak ( rehti hai )
वह रात पूर्णतः शान्ति और सलामती है, उषाकाल के उदय होने तक
