But when good came to them, they said, "This is ours [by right]." And if a bad [condition] struck them, they saw an evil omen in Moses and those with him. Unquestionably, their fortune is with Allah , but most of them do not know.
So jab inn per khushali aajati to kehtay kay yeh to humaray liye hona hi chahaiye aur agar inn ko koi bad haali paish aati to musa ( alh-e-salam ) aur unn kay sathiyon ki nahoosat batlatay. Yaad rakho kay inn nahoosat Allah Taalaa kay pass hai lekin inn kay aksar log nahi jantay.
लेकिन जब उन पर ख़ुशहाली आती तो कहते कि यह हमारे लिए है, और अगर उन पर कोई आफ़त आती तो उसको मूसा और उसके साथियों की नहूसत बताते, सुन लो! उनकी बदबख़्ती तो अल्लाह के पास है मगर उनमें से अकसर नहीं जानते।
And when We let the people taste mercy, they rejoice therein, but if evil afflicts them for what their hands have put forth, immediately they despair.
Aur jab hum logon ko rehmat ka maza chakhatay hain to woh khoob khush ho jatay hain aur agar unhen unn kay hathon kay kertoot ki waja say koi buraee phonchay to aik dum woh mehaz na-umeed ho jatay hain.
और जब हम लोगों को दयालुता का रसास्वादन कराते हैं तो वे उस पर इतराने लगते हैं; परन्तु जो कुछ उन के हाथों ने आगे भेजा है यदि उस के कारण उन पर कोई विपत्ति आ जाए, तो क्या देखते हैं कि वे निराश हो रहे हैं
But if they turn away - then We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], over them as a guardian; upon you is only [the duty of] notification. And indeed, when We let man taste mercy from us, he rejoices in it; but if evil afflicts him for what his hands have put forth, then indeed, man is ungrateful.
Agar yeh mun pher len to hum ney aap ko inn per nigheybaan bana ker nahi bheja aap kay zimay to sirf paygham phoncha dena hai hum jab kabhi insan ko apni meharbani ka maza chakhatay hain to woh iss per itra jata hai aur agar unhen unn kay aemaal ki waja say koi museebat phonchti hai to be-shak insan bara hi na shukra hai.
अब यदि वे ध्यान में न लाएँ तो हम ने तो तुम्हें उन पर कोई रक्षक बनाकर तो भेजा नहीं है। तुम पर तो केवल (संदेश) पहुँचा देने की ज़िम्मेदारी है। हाल यह है कि जब हम मनुष्य को अपनी ओर से किसी दयालुता का आस्वादन कराते हैं तो वह उस पर इतराने लगता है, किन्तु ऐसे लोगों के हाथों ने जो कुछ आगे भेजा है उस के कारण यदि उन्हें कोई तकलीफ़ पहुँचती है तो निश्चय ही वही मनुष्य बड़ा कृतघ्न बन जाता है
