الفاظ ( اَھْلِهٖ )

لوگ آپ سے حرمت والے مہینوں میں لڑائی کی بابت سوال کرتے ہیں ، آپ کہہ دیجیئے کہ ان میں لڑائی کرنا بڑاگناہ ہے ، لیکن اللہ کی راہ سے روکنا اس کے ساتھ کفر کرنا اور مسجد حرام سے روکنا اور وہاں کے رہنے والوں کو وہاں سے نکالنا ، اللہ کے نزدیک اس سے بھی بڑا گناہ ہے یہ فتنہ قتل سے بھی بڑا گناہ ہے یہ لوگ تم سے لڑائی بھڑائی کرتے ہی رہیں گے یہاں تک کہ اگر ان سے ہو سکے تو تمہیں تمہارے دین سے مرتد کر دیں اور تم میں سے جو لوگ اپنے دین سے پلٹ جائیں اور اسی کفر کی حالت میں مریں ، ان کے اعمال دنیاوی اور اخروی سب غارت ہوجائیں گے ۔ یہ لوگ جہنمی ہوں گے اور ہمیشہ ہمیشہ جہنم میں ہی رہیں گے ۔

They ask you about the sacred month - about fighting therein. Say, "Fighting therein is great [sin], but averting [people] from the way of Allah and disbelief in Him and [preventing access to] al-Masjid al-Haram and the expulsion of its people therefrom are greater [evil] in the sight of Allah . And fitnah is greater than killing." And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able. And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever - for those, their deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire, they will abide therein eternally.

اگر تمہیں میاں بیوی کے درمیان آپس کی ان بن کا خوف ہو تو ایک مُنصِف مرد والوں میں اور ایک عورت کے گھر والوں میں سے مُقّرر کرو ، اگر یہ دونوں صُلح کرانا چاہیں گے تو اللہ دونوں میں ملاپ کرا دے گا ، یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ پورے علم والا اور پوری خبر والا ہے ۔

And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, Allah will cause it between them. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Acquainted [with all things].

کسی مومن کو دوسرے مومن کا قتل کر دینا زیبا نہیں مگر غلطی سے ہو جائے ( تو اور بات ہے ) ، جو شخص کسی مسلمان کو بلاقصد مار ڈالے اس پر ایک مسلمان غلام کی گردن آزاد کرنا اور مقتول کے عزیزوں کو خون بہا پہنچانا ہے ۔ ہاں یہ اور بات ہے کہ وہ لوگ بطور صدقہ معاف کر دیں اور اگر مقتول تمہاری دشمن قوم کا ہو اور ہو وہ مسلمان تو صرف ایک مومن غلام کی گردن آزاد کرنی لازمی ہے ۔ اور اگر مقتول اس قوم سے ہو کہ تم میں اور ان میں عہد و پیماں ہے تو خون بہا لازم ہے جو اس کے کنُبے والوں کو پہنچایا جائے اور ایک مسلمان غلام کا آزاد کرنا بھی ( ضروری ہے ) پس جو نہ پائے اس کے ذمے دو مہینے کے لگاتار روزے ہیں ، اللہ تعالٰی سے بخشوانے کے لئے اور اللہ تعالٰی بخوبی جاننے والا اور حکمت والا ہے ۔

And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake. And whoever kills a believer by mistake - then the freeing of a believing slave and a compensation payment presented to the deceased's family [is required] unless they give [up their right as] charity. But if the deceased was from a people at war with you and he was a believer - then [only] the freeing of a believing slave; and if he was from a people with whom you have a treaty - then a compensation payment presented to his family and the freeing of a believing slave. And whoever does not find [one or cannot afford to buy one] - then [instead], a fast for two months consecutively, [seeking] acceptance of repentance from Allah . And Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.
