Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Acquainted.
Uss ko to kissi ki nigah moheet nahi ho sakti aur woh sab nigahon ka moheet ho jata hai aur wohi bara bareek been ba khabar hai.
उसको निगाहें नहीं पातीं मगर वह निगाहों को पा लेता है और वह बड़ा बारीक-बीं, बड़ा बाख़बर है।
And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror].
Na insafon kay aemaal say Allah ko ghafil na samajh woh to enhen uss din tak mohlat diye huye hai jiss din aankhen phati ki phati reh jayen gi.
और आप हरगिज़ यह ख़्याल न करें कि अल्लाह उससे बेख़बर है जो ज़ालिम लोग कर रहे हैं, वे उनको उस दिन के लिए ढील दे रहा है जिस दिन आँखें पथरा जाएंगी।
So have they not traveled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to hear? For indeed, it is not eyes that are blinded, but blinded are the hearts which are within the breasts.
Kiya enhon ney zamin mein sair-o-sayyaahat nahi ki jo inn kay dil inn baton kay samajhney walay hotay ya kano say hi inn ( waqeeyaat ) ko sunn letay baat yeh hai kay sirf aankhen hi andhi nahi hotin bulkay woh dil andhay ho jatay hain jo seeno mein hain.
क्या वे धरती में चले फिरे नहीं हैं कि उन के दिल होते जिनसे वे समझते या (कम से कम) कान होते जिनसे वे सुनते? बात यह है कि आँखें अंधी नहीं हो जातीं, बल्कि वे दिल अंधे हो जाते हैं जो सीनों में होते हैं
[Remember] when they came at you from above you and from below you, and when eyes shifted [in fear], and hearts reached the throats and you assumed about Allah [various] assumptions.
Jabkay ( dushman ) tumharay pass uper say aur neechay say charh aaye aur jabkay aankhen pathra gaen aur kalejay mun ko aagaye aur tum Allah Taalaa ki nisbat tarah tarah kay gumaan kerney lagay.
याद करो जब वे तुम्हारे ऊपर की ओर से और तुम्हारे नीचे की ओर से भी तुम पर चढ़ आए, और जब निगाहें टेढ़ी-तिरछी हो गई और उर (हृदय) कंठ को आ लगे। और तुम अल्लाह के बारे में तरह-तरह के गुमान करने लगे थे
Is it [because] we took them in ridicule, or has [our] vision turned away from them?"
Kiya hum ney hi unn ka mazaq bana rakha tha ya humari nigahen unn say hat gaee hain.
क्या हम ने यूँ ही उन का मज़ाक बनाया था, या उन से निगाहें चूक गई हैं?"
