It is not for a human [prophet] that Allah should give him the Scripture and authority and prophethood and then he would say to the people, "Be servants to me rather than Allah ," but [instead, he would say], "Be pious scholars of the Lord because of what you have taught of the Scripture and because of what you have studied."
Kissi aisay insan ko jissay Allah Taalaa kitab-o-hikmat aur nabooat dey yeh laeeq nahi kay phir bhi woh logon say kahey kay tum Allah Taalaa ko chor ker meray banday bann jao bulkay woh to kahey ga kay tum sab rab kay ho jao tumharay kitab sikhaney kay baees aur tumharay kitab parhney kay sabab.
किसी इंसान का यह काम नहीं कि अल्लाह उसको किताब और हिकमत और नुबुव्वत दे, फिर वह लोगों से यह कहे कि तुम अल्लाह को छोड़ कर मेरे बंदे बन जाओ; बल्कि वह तो कहेगा कि तुम अल्लाह वाले बनो, इस वास्ते कि तुम दूसरों को किताब की तालीम देते हो और ख़ुद भी उसको पढ़ते हो।
Those are the ones to whom We gave the Scripture and authority and prophethood. But if the disbelievers deny it, then We have entrusted it to a people who are not therein disbelievers.
Yeh log aisay thay kay hum ney unn ko kitab aur hikmat aur naboowat ata ki thi so agar yeh log naboowat ka inkar keren to hum ney iss kay liye aisay boht say log muqarrar ker diye hain jo iss kay munkir nahi hain.
ये वे लोग हैं जिनको हमने किताब और हिकमत और नुबुव्वत अता की, पस अगर ये (मक्का वाले) इसका इनकार कर दें तो हमने उसके लिए ऐसे लोग मुक़र्रर कर दिए हैं जो उसके मुनकिर नहीं हैं।
And We did certainly give the Children of Israel the Scripture and judgement and prophethood, and We provided them with good things and preferred them over the worlds.
Yaqeenan hum ney bani israeel ko kitab hakumat aur nabowat di thi aur hum ney unhen pakeezah ( aur nafees ) roziyan di thin aur unhen duniya walon per fazilat di thi.
निश्चय ही हम ने इसराईल की सन्तान को किताब और हुक्म और पैग़म्बरी प्रदान की थी। और हम ने उन्हें पवित्र चीज़ो की रोज़ी दी और उन्हें सारे संसार वालों पर श्रेष्ठता प्रदान की
