And [recall] when We took the covenant from the Children of Israel, [enjoining upon them], "Do not worship except Allah ; and to parents do good and to relatives, orphans, and the needy. And speak to people good [words] and establish prayer and give zakah." Then you turned away, except a few of you, and you were refusing.
Aur jab hum ney bani israeel say wada liya kay tum Allah Taalaa kay siwa doosray ki ibadat na kerna aur maa baap kay sath acha sulook kerna issi tarah qarabat daron yateemon aur miskeenon kay sath aur logon ko achi baaten kehna namazen qaeem rakhna aur zakat detay raha kerna lekin thoray say logon kay ilawa tum sab phir gaye aur mun mor liya.
और जब हमने बनी-इस्राईल से अहद लिया, कि तुम अल्लाह के सिवा किसी की इबादत न करोगे और नेक सलूक करोगे माँ-बाप के साथ, क़राबतदारों के साथ, यतीमों और मिस्कीनों के साथ और यह कि लोगों से अच्छी बात कहो, और नमाज़ क़ायम करो और ज़कात अदा करो, फिर तुम उससे फिर गए सिवा थोड़े लोगों के, और तुम इक़रार करके उससे हट जाने वाले लोग हो।
And do not give the weak-minded your property, which Allah has made a means of sustenance for you, but provide for them with it and clothe them and speak to them words of appropriate kindness.
Bey aqal logon ko apna maal na dey do jiss maal ko Allah Taalaa ney tumhari guzraan kay qaeem rakhney ka zariya banaya hai haan unhen iss maal say khilao pilao pehnao orahao aur unhen maqooliyat say naram baat kaho.
और नादानों को अपना वह माल न दो जिसको अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए क़याम का ज़रिया बनाया है, और उस माल में से उनको खिलाओ और पहनाओ और उनसे भलाई की बात कहो।
And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the [time of] division, then provide for them [something] out of the estate and speak to them words of appropriate kindness.
Aur jab taqseem kay waqt qarabat daar aur yateem aur miskeen aajayen to tum uss mein say thor boht enhen bhi dey do aur inn sa narmi say bolo.
और अगर (मीरास की) तक़सीम के वक़्त रिश्तेदार और यतीम और मुहताज मौजूद हों तो उसमें से उनको भी कुछ दे दो और उनसे हमदर्दी की बात कहो।
And [mention, O Muhammad], when it was said to them, "Dwell in this city and eat from it wherever you will and say, 'Relieve us of our burdens,' and enter the gate bowing humbly; We will [then] forgive you your sins. We will increase the doers of good [in goodness and reward]."
Aur jab inn ko hukum diya gaya kay tum log iss aabadi mein jaa ker raho aur khao uss say jiss jagah tum raghbat kero aur zaban say yeh kehtay jana kay tauba hai aur jhukay jhukay darwazon mein dakhil hona hum tumhari khatayen moaf ker den gay. Jo log nek kaam keren gay unn ko mazeed baran aur den gay.
और जब उनसे कहा गया कि उस बस्ती में जाकर बस जाओ और उसमें से जहाँ से चाहो खाओ और कहो कि हमको बख़्श दीजिए और दरवाज़े में से झुके हुए दाख़िल हो, हम तुम्हारी ख़ताएं माफ़ कर देंगे, हम नेकी करने वालों को और ज़्यादा देंगे।
O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice.
Aey eman walon! Allah Taala say daro aur seedhi seedhi ( sachi ) baaten kiya kero.
ऐ ईमान लाने वालो! अल्लाह का डर रखो और बात कहो ठीक सधी हुई
