We do not abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten except that We bring forth [one] better than it or similar to it. Do you not know that Allah is over all things competent?
Jiss aayat ko hum mansookh ker den ya bhula den iss say behtar ya iss jaisi aur latay hain kiya tu nahi janta kay Allah Taalaa her cheez per qadir hai.
हम जब भी कोई आयत मंसूख़ करते हैं या उसे भुला देते हैं तो उससे बेहतर या उस जैसी (आयत) ले आते हैं, क्या तुम्हें मालूम नहीं कि अल्लाह हर चीज़ पर क़ुदरत रखता है?
Do you not know that to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and [that] you have not besides Allah any protector or any helper?
Kiya tujhay nahi maloom kay zamin-o-aasman ka mulk Allah hi kay liye hai aur Allah kay siwa tumhara koi wali aur madadgar nahi.
क्या तुम नहीं जानते कि अल्लाह ही के लिए आसमानों और ज़मीन की बादशाही है, और तुम्हारे लिए अल्लाह के सिवा न कोई दोस्त है और न कोई मददगार।
Do you not know that to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punishes whom He wills and forgives whom He wills, and Allah is over all things competent.
Kiya tujhay maloom nahi kay Allah Taalaa hi kay liye zamin-o-aasman ki badshahat hai? Jissay chahaye saza dey aur jissay chahaye moad ker dey Allah Taalaa her cheez per qadir hai.
क्या आप नहीं जानते कि अल्लाह आसमानों और ज़मीन की सल्तनत का मालिक है, वह जिसको चाहे सज़ा दे और जिसको चाहे माफ़ कर दे, और अल्लाह हर चीज़ पर क़ादिर है।
Do you not know that Allah knows what is in the heaven and earth? Indeed, that is in a Record. Indeed that, for Allah , is easy.
Kiya aap ney nahi jana kay aasman-o-zamin ki her cheez Allah kay ilm mein hai. Yeh sab likhi hui kitab mein mehfooz hai. Allah Taalaa per to yeh amar bilkul aasan hai.
क्या तुम्हें नहीं मालूम कि अल्लाह जानता है जो कुछ आकाश और धरती मैं है? निश्चय ही वह (लोगों का कर्म) एक किताब में अंकित है। निस्संदेह वह (फ़ैसला करना) अल्लाह के लिए अत्यन्त सरल है
