And [He also forgave] the three who were left behind [and regretted their error] to the point that the earth closed in on them in spite of its vastness and their souls confined them and they were certain that there is no refuge from Allah except in Him. Then He turned to them so they could repent. Indeed, Allah is the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful.
Aur teen shakson kay haal per bhi jin ka moamla multawee chor diya gaya tha. Yahan tak kay jab zamin ba-waajood apni farakhi kay unn per tang honey lagi aur woh khud apni jaan say tang aagaye aur unhon ney samajh liya kay Allah say kahin panah nahi mill sakti be-juz iss kay kay ussi ki taraf rujoo kiya jaye phir unn kay haal per tawajja farmaee takay woh aaeenda bhi toba ker saken. Be-shak Allah Taalaa boht toba qabool kerney wala aur bara reham wala hai.
और उन तीन शख़्सों के हाल पर भी जिनका मामला मुल्तवी छोड़ दिया गया था, यहाँ तक कि जब ज़मीन बावजूद अपनी वुसअत के उन पर तंग होने लगी और वे ख़ुद अपनी जान से तंग आ गए और उन्होंने समझ लिया कि अल्लाह से कहीं पनाह नहीं मिल सकती सिवाए इसके कि उसी की तरफ़ रुजूअ़ किया जाए, फिर अल्लाह ने उनके हाल पर तवज्जोह फ़रमाई ताकि वे आइंदा भी तौबा कर सकें, बेशक अल्लाह तौबा क़बूल करने वाला बड़ा रहम करने वाला है।
[They continued] until, when the messengers despaired and were certain that they had been denied, there came to them Our victory, and whoever We willed was saved. And Our punishment cannot be repelled from the people who are criminals.
Yahan tak kay jab rasool na umeed honey lagay aur woh ( qom kay log ) khayal kerney lagay kay unhen jhoot kaha gaya foran hi humari madad unn kay pass aa phonchi jissay hum ney chaha ussay nijat di gaee. Baat yeh hai kay humara azab gunehgaron say wapis nahi kiya jata.
यहाँ तक कि जब पैग़म्बर मायूस हो गए और वह ख़्याल करने लगे कि उन से झूठ कहा गया था तो उनको हमारी मदद आ पहुँची, पस नजात मिली जिसको हमने चाहा, और मुजरिम लोगों से हमारा अज़ाब टाला नहीं जा सकता।
And he was arrogant, he and his soldiers, in the land, without right, and they thought that they would not be returned to Us.
Uss ney aur uss kay lashkar ney na-haq tareeqay per mulk mein takabbur kiya aur samajh liya kay woh humari janib lotaye hi na jayen gay.
उस ने और उस की सेनाओं ने धरती में नाहक़ घमंड किया और समझा कि उन्हें हमारी ओर लौटना नहीं है
It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allah ; but [the decree of] Allah came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision.
Wohi hai jiss ney ehal-e-kitab mein say kafiron ko unn kay gharon say pehlay hashar kay waqt nikala tumhara gumaan ( bhi ) na tha kay woh niklen gay aur woh khud ( bhi ) samajh rahey thay kay unn kay ( sangeen ) qilay unhen Allah ( kay azab ) say bacha len gay pus unn per Allah ( ka azab ) aisi jagah say aa para kay unhen gumaan bhi na tha aur unn kay dilon mein Allah ney rob daal diya aur apney gharon ko apney hi haathon ujaar rahey thay aur musalmanon kay haathon ( barbad kerwa rahey thay ) pus aey aankhon walo! Ibrat hasil kero.
वही है जिस ने किताब वालों में से उन लोगों को जिन्होंने इनकार किया, उन के घरों से पहले ही जमावड़े में निकल बाहर किया यद्यपि तुम्हें गुमान न था कि वे निकल जाऐंगे। वे समझ रहे थे कि उन की गढ़ियाँ अल्लाह से उन्हें बचा लेंगी। किन्तु अल्लाह उन पर वहाँ से आया जिस का उन्हें गुमान भी न था। और उस ने उन के दिलों में रोब डाल दिया कि वे अपने घरों को स्वयं अपने हाथों और ईमान वालों के हाथों भी उजाड़ने लगे। अतः शिक्षा ग्रहण करो, ऐ दृष्टि रखने वालो!
