They ask you, [O Muhammad], what they should spend. Say, "Whatever you spend of good is [to be] for parents and relatives and orphans and the needy and the traveler. And whatever you do of good - indeed, Allah is Knowing of it."
Aap say poochtay hain kay woh kiya kharach keren? Aap keh dijiye kay jo maal tum kharach kero woh maa baap kay liye hai aur rishtay daron aur yateemon aur miskeenon aur musafiron kay liye hai aur tum jo kuch bhalaee kero gay Allah Taalaa to uss ka ilm hai.
लोग आपसे पूछते हैं कि क्या ख़र्च करें? (ऐ नबी) कह दें कि जो माल तुम ख़र्च करो तो उसमें हक़ है तुम्हारे माँ-बाप का, और रिश्तेदारों का, और यतीमों का, और मोहताजों का और मुसाफिरों का, और जो भलाई तुम करोगे वह अल्लाह को मालूम है।
And whatever you spend of expenditures or make of vows - indeed, Allah knows of it. And for the wrongdoers there are no helpers.
Tum jitna kuch kharach kero yani kheyraat aur jo kuch naza maano ussay Allah Taalaa bakhoobi janta hai aur zalimon ka koi madadgar nahi.
और जो कुछ तुम ख़र्च करते हो या जो मन्नत तुम मानते हो उसको अल्लाह जानता है, और ज़ालिमों का कोई मददगार नहीं।
Say, "Indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts [it] for him. But whatever thing you spend [in His cause] - He will compensate it; and He is the best of providers."
Keh dijiye! kay mera rab apnay bandon mein jiss kay liye chahaye rozi kushada kerta hai aur jiss kay liye chahata hai tang ker deta hai tum jo kuch bhi Allah ki raah mein kharach kero gay Allah uss ka ( poora poora ) badla dey ga aur woh sab say behtar rozi denay wala hai.
कह दो, "मेरा रब ही है जो अपने बन्दों में से जिस के लिए चाहता है रोज़ी कुशादा कर देता है और जिस के लिए चाहता है नपी-तुली कर देता है। और जो कुछ भी तुम ने ख़र्च किया, उस की जगह वह तुम्हें और देगा। वह सबसे अच्छा रोज़ी देने वाला है।"
O you who have believed, when the believing women come to you as emigrants, examine them. Allah is most knowing as to their faith. And if you know them to be believers, then do not return them to the disbelievers; they are not lawful [wives] for them, nor are they lawful [husbands] for them. But give the disbelievers what they have spent. And there is no blame upon you if you marry them when you have given them their due compensation. And hold not to marriage bonds with disbelieving women, but ask for what you have spent and let them ask for what they have spent. That is the judgement of Allah ; He judges between you. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.
Aey eman walo! Jab tumharay pass momin aurten hijrat ker kay aayen to tum unn ka imtehan lo. Dar asal unn kay eman ko ba khoobi janney wala to Allah hi hai lekin agar woh tumhen eman waliyan maloom hon to abb tum enhen kafiron ki taraf wapis na kero yeh unn kay liye halal nahi na woh inn kay liye halal hain aur jo kharach inn kafiron ka hua ho woh unhen ada kerdo inn aurton ko unn kay mehar dey ker inn say nikkah ker lenay mein tum per koi gunah nahi aur kafir aurton ki namoos apney qabzay mein na rakho aur jo kuch tum ney kharach kiya ho maang lo aur jo kuch inn kafiron ney kharach kiya ho woh bhi maang len yeh Allah ka faisla hai jo tumharay darmiyan ker raha hai Allah Taalaa baray ilm ( aur ) hikmat wala hai.
ऐ ईमान लाने वालो! जब तुम्हारे पास ईमान की दावेदार स्त्रियाँ हिजरत करके आएँ तो तुम उन्हें जाँच लिया करो। यूँ तो अल्लाह उन के ईमान से भली-भाँति परिचित है। फिर यदि वे तुम्हें ईमान वाली मालूम हो, तो उन्हें इनकार करने वालों (अधर्मियों) की ओर न लौटाओ। न तो वे स्त्रियाँ उन के लिए वैध हैं और न वे उन स्त्रियों के लिए वैध हैं। और जो कुछ उन्होंने ख़र्च किया हो तुम उन्हें दे दो और इसमें तुम्हारे लिए कोई गुनाह नहीं कि तुम उन से विवाह कर लो, जबकि तुम उन्हें महर अदा कर दो। और तुम स्वयं भी इनकार करने वाली स्त्रियों के सतीत्व को अपने अधिकार में न रखो। और जो कुछ तुम ने ख़र्च किया हो माँग लो। और उन्हें भी चाहिए कि जो कुछ उन्होंने ख़र्च किया हो माँग ले। यह अल्लाह का आदेश है। वह तुम्हारे बीच फ़ैसला करता है। अल्लाह सर्वज्ञ, तत्वदर्शी है
