किन्तु उन्होंने उसे झुठला दिया। अन्ततः भूकम्प ने उन्हें आ लिया। और वे अपने घरों में औंधे पड़े रह गए

क्या तुम उस से निश्चिन्त हो जो आकाश में है कि तुम्हें धरती में धँसा दे, फिर क्या देखोगे कि वह डाँवाडोल हो रही है?

फिर समूद तो एक हद से बढ़ जाने वाली आपदा से विनष्ट किए गए

Pus unn ko zalzalay ney aa pakra aur woh apney gharon mein ondhay kay ondhay paray reh gaye.
फिर उन्हें ज़लज़ले ने आ पकड़ा और वे अपने घरों में औंधे मुँह पड़े रह गए।
On the Day the blast [of the Horn] will convulse [creation],
Jis din kanpney wali kanpe gi
जिस दिन हिला डालेगी हिला डालने वाले घटना,
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake
Jabb zameen pori tarah jhanjor di jaeygi
जब धरती इस प्रकार हिला डाली जाएगी जैसा उसे हिलाया जाना है,
