اور وہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی کے لئے لڑکیاں مقرر کرتے ہیں اور اپنے لئے وہ جو اپنی خواہش کے مطابق ہو ۔

And they attribute to Allah daughters - exalted is He - and for them is what they desire.

ہم نے بنو اسرائیل کے لئے ان کی کتاب میں صاف فیصلہ کر دیا تھا کہ تم زمین میں دو بار فساد برپا کرو گے اور تم بڑی زبردست زیادتیاں کرو گے ۔

And We conveyed to the Children of Israel in the Scripture that, "You will surely cause corruption on the earth twice, and you will surely reach [a degree of] great haughtiness.

ان سے دریافت کیجئے! کہ کیا آپ کے رب کی تو بیٹیاں ہیں اور ان کے بیٹے ہیں؟

So inquire of them, [O Muhammad], "Does your Lord have daughters while they have sons?

کیا اللہ تعا لٰی نے اپنی مخلوق میں سے بیٹیاں تو خود رکھ لیں اور تمہیں بیٹوں سے نوازا ۔

Or has He taken, out of what He has created, daughters and chosen you for [having] sons?

کیا اللہ کی تو سب لڑکیاں ہیں اور تمہارے ہاں لڑکے ہیں؟

Or has He daughters while you have sons?

کیا تمہارے لئے لڑکے اور اللہ کے لئے لڑکیاں ہیں؟

Is the male for you and for Him the female?

تمام تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لائق ہیں جس نے آسمانوں کو اور زمین کو پیدا کیا اور تاریکیوں اور نور کو بنایا پھر بھی کافر لوگ ( غیر اللہ کو ) اپنے رب کے برابر قرار دیتے ہیں ۔

[All] praise is [due] to Allah , who created the heavens and the earth and made the darkness and the light. Then those who disbelieve equate [others] with their Lord.
