In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Shuroo Allah kay naam say jo bara meharban nehayat reham kerney wala hai
अल्लाह के नाम से जो बड़ा कृपालु और अत्यन्त दयावान है।
Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast?
Kiya hum nay tera seena nahi khol diya
क्या ऐसा नहीं कि हम ने तुम्हारा सीना तुम्हारे लिए खोल दिया?
And We removed from you your burden
Aur tujh per say tera bojh hum ney utar diya
और तुम पर से तुम्हारा बोझ उतार दिया,
Which had weighed upon your back
Jiss nay teri peth tordi thi
जो तुम्हारी कमर तोड़े डाल रहा था?
And raised high for you your repute.
Aur hum nay tera zikar buland kerdiya
और तुम्हारे लिए तुम्हारे ज़िक्र को ऊँचा कर दिया?
For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.
Pus yaqenan mushkil kay sath asani hai
अतः निस्संदेह कठिनाई के साथ आसानी भी है
Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.
By-shak mushkil kay sath asani hai
निस्संदेह कठिनाई के साथ आसानी भी है
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].
Pus jab to farigh ho to ibadat mein mehnat ker
अतः जब निवृत हो तो परिश्रम में लग जाओ,
And to your Lord direct [your] longing.
Aur apney parwardigar hi ki tareef mein dil laga
और अपने रब से लौ लगाओ
