So We sent upon them the flood and locusts and lice and frogs and blood as distinct signs, but they were arrogant and were a criminal people.
Phir hum ney unn per toofan bheja aur tiddiyan aur ghun ka keera aur mendak aur khoon kay yeh sab khulay khulay moajzay thay. So woh takabbur kertay rahey aur woh log kuch tha hi jaraeem paisha.
फिर हमने उनके ऊपर तूफ़ान भेजा और टिड्डी और जुएं और मेंढक और ख़ून, ये सब निशानियाँ अलग-अलग दिखाईं फिर भी उन्होंने तकब्बुर किया और वे मुजरिम लोग थे।
But those who wronged among them changed [the words] to a statement other than that which had been said to them. So We sent upon them a punishment from the sky for the wrong that they were doing.
So badal daala inn zalimon ney aik aur kalma jo khilaf tha uss kalmay kay jiss ki inn say farmaeesh ki gaee thi iss per hum ney unn per aik aafat-e-samawi bheji iss waja say kay woh hukum ko zaya kertay thay.
फिर उनमें से ज़ालिमों ने बदल डाला दूसरा लफ़्ज़ उसके सिवा जो उनसे कहा गया था, फिर हमने उन पर आसमान से अज़ाब भेजा इसलिए कि वे ज़ुल्म करते थे।
And We sent among them a messenger from themselves, [saying], "Worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him; then will you not fear Him?"
Phir unn mein khud unn mein say ( hi ) rasool bhi bheja kay tum sab Allah ki ibadat kero aur uss kay siwa tumhara koi mabood nahi tum kiyon nahi dartay?
और उन में हम ने स्वयं उन्हीं में से एक रसूल भेजा कि "अल्लाह की बन्दगी करो। उस के सिवा तुम्हारा कोई इष्ट-पूज्य नहीं। तो क्या तुम डर नहीं रखते?"
O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when armies came to [attack] you and We sent upon them a wind and armies [of angels] you did not see. And ever is Allah , of what you do, Seeing.
Aey eman walo! Allah Taalaa ney jo ehsan tum per kiya ussay yaad kero jabkay tumharay muqablay ko fojon per fojen aaen phir hum ney unn per tez-o-tund aandhi aur aisay lashker bhejay jinhen tum ney dekha hi nahi aur jo kuch tum kertay ho Allah Taalaa sab kuch dekhta hai.
ऐ ईमान लाने वालो! अल्लाह की उस अनुकम्पा को याद करो जो तुम पर हुई; जबकि सेनाएँ तुम पर चढ़ आई तो हम ने उन पर एक हवा भेज दी और ऐसी सेनाएँ भी, जिन को तुम ने देखा नहीं। और अल्लाह वह सब कुछ देखता है जो तुम करते हो
But they turned away [refusing], so We sent upon them the flood of the dam, and We replaced their two [fields of] gardens with gardens of bitter fruit, tamarisks and something of sparse lote trees.
Lekin unhon ney roo-gardani ki to hum ney unn per zor kay selab ( ka paani ) bhej diya aur hum ney unn kay ( haray bharay ) baaghon kay badlay do ( aisay ) baagh diye jo bad-maza mewon walay aur ( ba-kasrat ) jhao aur kuch bairi kay darakhton walay thay.
किन्तु वे ध्यान में न लाए तो हम ने उन पर बँध-तोड़ बाढ़ भेज दी और उन के दोनों बाग़ों के बदले में उन्हें दो दूसरे बाग़ दिए, जिनमें कड़वे-कसैले फल और झाड़ थे, और कुछ थोड़ी-सी झड़-बेरियाँ
So We sent upon them a screaming wind during days of misfortune to make them taste the punishment of disgrace in the worldly life; but the punishment of the Hereafter is more disgracing, and they will not be helped.
Bil-aakhir hum ney unn per aik tez-o-tund aandhi manhoos dino mein bhej di kay unhen dunyawi zindagi mein zillat kay azab ka maza chakha den aur ( yaqeen mano ) kay aakhirat ka azab iss say boht ziyadah ruswaee wala hai aur woh madad nahi kiyey jayen gay.
अन्ततः हम ने कुछ अशुभ दिनों में उन पर एक शीत-झंझावात चलाई, ताकि हम उन्हें सांसारिक जीवन में अपमान और रुसवाई की यातना का मज़ा चखा दें। और आख़िरत की यातना तो इस से कहीं बढ़कर रुसवा करने वाली है। और उन को कोई सहायता भी न मिल सकेगी
