سو ہمارے تمہارے درمیان اللہ کافی ہے گواہ کے طور پر کہ ہم کو تمہاری عبادت کی خبر بھی نہ تھی ۔

And sufficient is Allah as a witness between us and you that we were of your worship unaware."

کہہ دیجئے کہ میرے اور تمہارے درمیان اللہ تعالٰی کا گواہ ہونا کافی ہے وہ اپنے بندوں سے خوب آگاہ اور بخوبی دیکھنے والا ہے ۔

Say, "Sufficient is Allah as Witness between me and you. Indeed he is ever, concerning His servants, Acquainted and Seeing."

اور اسی طرح ہم نے ہر نبی کے دشمن بعض گناہگاروں کو بنا دیا ہے اور تیرا رب ہی ہدایت کرنے والا اور مدد کرنے والاکافی ہے ۔

And thus have We made for every prophet an enemy from among the criminals. But sufficient is your Lord as a guide and a helper.

وہ لوگ کہ جب ان سے لوگوں نے کہا کہ کافروں نے تمہارے مقابلے پر لشکر جمع کر لئے ہیں ۔ تم ان سے خوف کھاؤ تو اس بات نے انہیں ایمان میں اور بڑھا دیا اور کہنے لگے ہمیں اللہ کافی ہے اور وہ بہت اچھا کارساز ہے

Those to whom hypocrites said, "Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them." But it [merely] increased them in faith, and they said, "Sufficient for us is Allah , and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs."

آپ اللہ ہی پر توکل رکھیں ، وہ کار سازی کے لئے کافی ہے ۔

And rely upon Allah ; and sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs.

اور یتیموں کو ان کے بالغ ہونے تک سُدھارتے اور آزماتے رہو پھر اگر ان میں تم ہوشیاری اور حُسنِ تدبیر پاؤ تو انہیں ان کے مال سونپ دو اور ان کے بڑے ہو جانے کے ڈر سے ان کے مالوں کو جلدی جلدی فضول خرچیوں میں تباہ نہ کر دو مال داروں کو چاہیے کہ ( ان کے مال سے ) بچتے رہیں ، ہاں مسکین محتاج ہو تو دستور کے مطابق واجبی طور سے کھالے پھر جب انہیں ان کے مال سونپو تو گواہ بنا لو ، دراصل حساب لینے والا اللہ تعالٰی ہی کافی ہے ۔

And test the orphans [in their abilities] until they reach marriageable age. Then if you perceive in them sound judgement, release their property to them. And do not consume it excessively and quickly, [anticipating] that they will grow up. And whoever, [when acting as guardian], is self-sufficient should refrain [from taking a fee]; and whoever is poor - let him take according to what is acceptable. Then when you release their property to them, bring witnesses upon them. And sufficient is Allah as Accountant.

وہی ہے جس نے اپنے رسول کو ہدایت اور دین حق کے ساتھ بھیجا تاکہ اسے ہر دین پر غالب کرے ، اور اللہ تعالٰی کافی ہے گواہی دینے والا ۔

It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion. And sufficient is Allah as Witness.

اور اسے ایسی جگہ سے روزی دیتا ہے جس کا اسے گمان بھی نہ ہو اور جو شخص اللہ پر توکل کرے گا اللہ اسے کافی ہوگا ۔ اللہ تعالٰی اپنا کام پورا کر کے ہی رہے گا اللہ تعالٰی نے ہرچیز کا ایک اندازہ مقرر کر رکھا ہے ۔

And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent.

اگر یہ لوگ اللہ اور رسول کے دیئے ہوئے پر خوش رہتے اور کہہ دیتے کہ اللہ ہمیں کافی ہے اللہ ہمیں اپنے فضل سے دے گا اور اس کا رسول بھی ہم تو اللہ کی ذات سے ہی توقع رکھنے والے ہیں ۔

If only they had been satisfied with what Allah and His Messenger gave them and said, "Sufficient for us is Allah ; Allah will give us of His bounty, and [so will] His Messenger; indeed, we are desirous toward Allah ," [it would have been better for them].
