So eat and drink and be contented. And if you see from among humanity anyone, say, 'Indeed, I have vowed to the Most Merciful abstention, so I will not speak today to [any] man.' "
Abb chain say kha pi aur aankhen thandi rakh agar tujhay koi insan nazar parr jaye to keh dena kay mein ney Allah rehman kay naam ka roza maan rakha hai. Mein aaj kissi shaks say baat na keroon gi.
अतः तू उसे खा और पी और आँखें ठंडी कर। फिर यदि तू किसी आदमी को देखे तो कह देना, मैंने तो रहमान के लिए रोज़े की मन्नत मानी है। इसलिए मैं आज किसी मनुष्य से न बोलूँगी।"
[Fasting for] a limited number of days. So whoever among you is ill or on a journey [during them] - then an equal number of days [are to be made up]. And upon those who are able [to fast, but with hardship] - a ransom [as substitute] of feeding a poor person [each day]. And whoever volunteers excess - it is better for him. But to fast is best for you, if you only knew.
Ginti kay chand hi din hain lekin tum mein say jo shaks beemar ho ya safar mein ho to woh aur dinon mein ginti ko poora ker ley aur iss ki taqat rakhney walay fidiye mein aik miskeen ko khana den phir jo shaks neki mein sabqat keray woh ussi kay liye behtar hai lekin tumharay haq mein behtareen kaam rozay rakhna hi hai agar tum ba ilm ho.
कुछ ही दिन तो रखने हैं ये रोज़े, फिर जो कोई तुम में बीमार हो या सफ़र में हो तो दूसरे दिनों में तादाद पूरी कर ले, और जिन को ताक़त है तो एक रोज़े के बदले एक मिसकीन को खाना खिलाना है, जो कोई मज़ीद नेकी करे तो वह उसके लिए बेहतर है; और तुम रोज़ा रखो तो यह तुम्हारे लिए ज़्यादा बेहतर है, अगर तुम जानो।
And complete the Hajj and 'umrah for Allah . But if you are prevented, then [offer] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal has reached its place of slaughter. And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the head [making shaving necessary must offer] a ransom of fasting [three days] or charity or sacrifice. And when you are secure, then whoever performs 'umrah [during the Hajj months] followed by Hajj [offers] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And whoever cannot find [or afford such an animal] - then a fast of three days during Hajj and of seven when you have returned [home]. Those are ten complete [days]. This is for those whose family is not in the area of al-Masjid al-Haram. And fear Allah and know that Allah is severe in penalty.
Hajj aur umray ko Allah Taalaa kay liye poora kero haan agar tum rok liye jao to jo qurbani mayyassar ho ussay ker daalo aur apney sir na mundwao jabtak kay qurbani qurban gaah tak na phonch jaye albatta tum mein say jo beemar ho ya uss kay sir mein koi takleef ho ( jiss ki waja say sir munda ley ) to uss per diya hai khuwa rozay rakh ley khuwa sadqa dey dey khuwa qurabi keray pus tum amann ki halat mein hojao to jo shaks umray say ley ker hajj tak tamatto keray pus ussay jo qurabni mayyassar ho ker dalay jissay taqat hi na ho to woh teen rozay to hajj kay dinon mein rakh ley aur saat wapsi mein yeh pooray das hogaye. Yeh hukum unn kay liye hai jo masjid-e-haram kay rehney walay na hon logo! Allah say dartay raho aur jaan lo kay Allah Taalaa sakht azab wala hai.
और पूरा करो हज और उमरा अल्लाह के लिए, फिर अगर तुम घिर जाओ तो जो क़ुरबानी का जानवर मयस्सर हो वह पेश कर दो, और तुम अपने सरों को न मुंडाओ जब तक क़ुरबानी अपने ठिकाने पर न पहुँच जाए, तुम में से जो बीमार हो या उसके सर में कोई तकलीफ़ हो तो वह फ़िदया दे रोज़े या सदक़े या क़ुरबानी की शक्ल में, फिर जब अमन की हालत हो, और कोई हज तक उमरे का फ़ायदा हासिल करना चाहे तो वह क़ुरबानी पेश करे जो उसको मयस्सर आए, फिर जिसको मयस्सर न आए तो वह हज के अय्याम में तीन दिन रोज़े रखे और सात दिन के रोज़े जबकि तुम घरों को लौटो, ये पूरे दस हुए, यह उस शख़्स के लिए है जिसका ख़ानदान मस्जिदे-हराम के पास आबाद न हो, और अल्लाह से डरो और जान लो कि अल्लाह सख़्त अज़ाब देने वाला है।
Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for [breaking] what you intended of oaths. So its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it] - then a fast of three days [is required]. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. But guard your oaths. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be grateful.
Allah Taalaa tumhari qasmon mein laghv qasam per tum say moaakhiza nahi farmata lekin moaakhiza uss per farmata hai kay tum jin qasmon ko mazboot ker do. Iss ka kaffaara das mohtajon kko khana dena hai osat darjay ka jo apney ghar walon ko khilatay ho ya unn ko kapra dena ya aik ghulam ya londi aazad kerna hai aur jiss ko maqdoor na ho to teen din kay rozay hain yeh tumhari qasmon ka kaffaara hai jabkay tum qasam kha lo aur apni qasmon ka khayal rakho1 issi tarah Allah Taalaa tumharay wastay apney ehkaam biyan farmata hai takay tum shukar kero.
अल्लाह तुम्हारी बेमान क़समों पर तुम्हारी पकड़ नहीं करता मगर उन क़समों पर वह ज़रूर तुम्हारी पकड़ करेगा जिनको तुम ने मज़बूत बाँधे, ऐसी क़सम का कफ़्फ़ारा है दस मिस्कीनों को दरमियानी दर्जे का खाना खिलाना जो तुम अपने घर वालों को खिलाते हो या उनको कपड़ा पहना देना या एक ग़ुलाम आज़ाद करना, और जिसको मयस्सर न हो वह तीन दिन के रोज़े रखे, यह कफ़्फ़ारा है तुम्हारी क़समों का जबकि तुम क़सम खा बैठो, और अपनी क़समों की हिफ़ाज़त करो, इस तरह अल्लाह तुम्हारे लिए अपने अहकाम बयान करता है ताकि तुम शुक्र अदा करो।
And he who does not find [a slave] - then a fast for two months consecutively before they touch one another; and he who is unable - then the feeding of sixty poor persons. That is for you to believe [completely] in Allah and His Messenger; and those are the limits [set by] Allah . And for the disbelievers is a painful punishment.
Haan jo shaks na paye uss kay zimmay do maheenon kay laga taar rozay hain iss say pehlay kay aik doosray ko haath lagayen aur jiss shaks ko yeh taqat bhi na ho uss per saathh ( 60 ) miskeenon ka khana khilana hai. Yeh iss liye kay tum Allah ki aur uss kay rasool ki hukum bardari kero yeh Allah Taalaa ki muqarrar kerda hadden hain aur kuffaar hi kay liye dard naak azab hai.
किन्तु जिस किसी को ग़ुलाम प्राप्त न हो तो वह निरन्तर दो माह रोज़े रखे, इस से पहले कि वे दोनों एक-दूसरे को हाथ लगाएँ और जिस किसी को इस की भी सामर्थ्य न हो तो साठ मुहताजों को भोजन कराना होगा। यह इसलिए कि तुम अल्लाह और उस के रसूल पर ईमान वाले सिद्ध हो सको। ये अल्लाह की निर्धारित की हुई सीमाएँ हैं। और इनकार करने वाले के लिए दुखद यातना है
