They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? Say, "Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him. It lays heavily upon the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except unexpectedly." They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, "Its knowledge is only with Allah , but most of the people do not know."
Yeh log aap say qayamat kay mutalliq sawal kertay hain kay iss ka waqoo kabb hoga? Aap farma dijiye kay iss ka ilm sirf meray rab hi kay pass hai uss kay waqt per uss ko siwa Allah kay koi aur zahir na keray ga. Woh aasmanon aur zamin mein bara bhari ( haadsa ) hoga woh tum per mehaz achanak aa paray gi. Woh aap say iss tarah poochtay hain jaisay goya aap iss ki tehqiqaat ker chukay hain. Aap farma dijiye kay iss ka ilm khaas Allah hi kay pass hai lekin aksar log nahi jantay.
वे आपसे क़यामत के बारे में पूछते हैं कि वे कब वाक़े होगी, आप कह दीजिए कि उसका इल्म तो मेरे रब ही के पास है, वही उसके वक़्त पर उसको ज़ाहिर करेगा, वह भारी हो रही है आसमानों और ज़मीन में, वह जब तुम पर आएगी तो अचानक आ जाएगी, वे आपसे (इस तरह) पूछते हैं गोया आप उसकी तहक़ीक़ कर चुके हों, कह दीजिए उसका इल्म तो बस अल्लाह ही के पास है लेकिन अकसर लोग नहीं जानते।
They are, [in fact], dead, not alive, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected.
Murdey hain zinda nahi unhen to yeh bhi shaoor nahi kay kab uthayen jayen gay.
वे मुर्दा हैं जिनमें जान नहीं, और वे नहीं जानते कि वे कब उठाए जाएंगे।
Say, "None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah , and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected."
Keh dijiye kay aasmano walon mein say zamin walon mein say siwaye Allah kay koi ghaib nahi janta unhen to yeh bhi nahi maloom kay kab utha kharay kiye jayen gay?
कहो, "आकाशों और धरती में जो भी है, अल्लाह के सिवा किसी को भी परोक्ष का ज्ञान नहीं है। और न उन्हें इस की चेतना प्राप्त है कि वे कब उठाए जाएँगे।"
They ask, "When is the Day of Recompense?"
Poochtey hain kay yom-e-jaza kab hoga?
पूछते हैं, "बदले का दिन कब आएगा?"
He asks, "When is the Day of Resurrection?"
Poochata hai kay qayamat ka din kab aaye ga
पूछता है, "आख़िर क़ियामत का दिन कब आएगा?"
They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival?
Log ap say qiyamat kay waqay honay ka waqat daryafat kerty hein
वे तुम से उस घड़ी के विषय में पूछते हैं कि वह कब आकर ठहरेगी?
