They ask you about the sacred month - about fighting therein. Say, "Fighting therein is great [sin], but averting [people] from the way of Allah and disbelief in Him and [preventing access to] al-Masjid al-Haram and the expulsion of its people therefrom are greater [evil] in the sight of Allah . And fitnah is greater than killing." And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able. And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever - for those, their deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire, they will abide therein eternally.
Log aap say hurmat walay maheenon mein laraee ki babat sawal kertay hain aap keh dijiye kay inn mein laraee kerna bara gunah hai lekin Allah ki raah say rokna uss kay sath kufur kerna aur masjid-e-haram say rokna aur wahan kay rehney walon ko wahan say nikalna Allah kay nazdeek uss say bhi bara gunah hai yeh fitna qatal say bhi bara gunah hai yeh log tum say laraee bhiraee kertay hi rahen gay yahan tak kay agar hosakay to tumhen tumharay deen say murtid ker den aur tum mein say jo log apney deen say palat jayen aur issi kufur ki halat mein maren unn kay aemaal-e-duyawi aur ukhrawi sab ghaarat hojayen gay. Yeh log jahannumi hongay aur hamesha hamesha jahannum mein hi rahen gay.
लोग आपसे हुरमत वाले महीने के बारे में पूछते हैं कि उसमें लड़ना कैसा है? (ऐ नबी) कह दीजिए कि उसमें लड़ना बहुत बुरा है, मगर अल्लाह के रास्ते से रोकना, और उसका इनकार करना, और मस्जिदे-हराम से रोकना और उसके लोगों को वहाँ से निकालना अल्लाह के नज़दीक उससे भी ज़्यादा बुरा है, और फ़ित्ना क़त्ल से भी ज़्यादा बड़ी बुराई है, और ये लोग तुमसे बराबर लड़ते रहेंगे यहाँ तक कि तुमको तुम्हारे दीन से फेर दें अगर क़ाबू पा जाएं, और तुम में से जो कोई अपने दीन से फिर जाए और कुफ़्र की हालत में मरे तो ऐसे लोगों के अमल ज़ाया हो गए दुनिया में और आख़िरत में और वे आग में पड़ने वाले हैं, वे उसमें हमेशा रहेंगे।
They are the ones whose deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and for them there will be no helpers.
Inn kay aemaal duniya-o-aakhirat mein ghaarat hain aur inn ka koi madadgar nahi.
यही वे लोग हैं जिनके आमाल दुनिया और आख़िरत में ज़ाया हो गए और उनका कोई मददगार नहीं।
And those who believe will say, "Are these the ones who swore by Allah their strongest oaths that indeed they were with you?" Their deeds have become worthless, and they have become losers.
Aur eman walay kahen gay kiya yehi woh log hain jo baray mubalighay say Allah ki qasmen kha kha ker kehtay hain kay hum tumharay sath hain. Inn kay aemaal ghaarat huye aur yeh na kaam hogaye.
और उस वक़्त अहले-ईमान कहेंगे कि क्या ये वही लोग हैं जो ज़ोर-शोर से अल्लाह की क़समें खाकर यक़ीन दिलाते थे कि हम तुम्हारे साथ हैं, उनके सारे आमाल ज़ाया हो गए और वे घाटे में रहे।
Those who denied Our signs and the meeting of the Hereafter - their deeds have become worthless. Are they recompensed except for what they used to do?
Aur yeh log jinon ney humari aayaton ko aur qayamat kay paish aaney ko jhutlaya unn kay sab kaam ghaarat gaye. Inn ko wohi saza di jayegi jo kuch yeh kertay thay.
और जिन्होंने हमारी निशानियों को और आख़िरत की मुलाक़ात को झुठलाया उनके आमाल ग़ारत हो गए और वे बदले में वही पाएंगे जो वे करते थे।
It is not for the polytheists to maintain the mosques of Allah [while] witnessing against themselves with disbelief. [For] those, their deeds have become worthless, and in the Fire they will abide eternally.
Laeeq nahi kay mushrik Allah Taalaa ki masjidon ko abad keren. Daran halanakay woh khud apney kufur kay aap hi gawah hain inn kay aemaal gharat-o-ikarat hain aur woh daeemi tor per jahannumi hain.
मुशरिकों का काम नहीं कि वे अल्लाह की मस्जिदों को आबाद करें हालाँकि वे ख़ुद अपने ऊपर कुफ़्र के गवाह हैं, उन लोगों के तो आमाल ही ग़ारत हो चुके हैं, और दोज़ख़ ही में हमेशा उनको रहना है।
[You disbelievers are] like those before you; they were stronger than you in power and more abundant in wealth and children. They enjoyed their portion [of worldly enjoyment], and you have enjoyed your portion as those before you enjoyed their portion, and you have engaged [in vanities] like that in which they engaged. [It is] those whose deeds have become worthless in this world and in the Hereafter, and it is they who are the losers.
Misil unn logon kay jo tum say pehlay thay tum mein say woh ziyada qooat walay thay aur ziyada maal-o-aulad walay thay pus woh apna deeni hissa barat gaye phir tum ney bhi apna hissa barat liya jaisay tum say pehlay kay log apney hissay say faeeda mand huye thay aur tum ney bhi issi tarah mazaqan behas ki jaisay kay unhon ney ki thi. Unn kay aemaal duniya aur aakhirat mein ghaarat hogaye yehi log nuksan paney walay hain.
जिस तरह तुमसे अगले लोग वे तुमसे ज़ोर में ज़्यादा थे और माल और औलाद की कसरत में बढ़े हुए थे तो उन्होंने अपने हिस्से से फ़ायदा उठाया और तुमने भी अपने हिस्से से फ़ायदा उठाया जैसा कि तुम्हारे अगलों ने अपने हिस्से से फ़ायदा उठाया था और तुमने भी वही बहसें कीं जैसी बहसें उन्होंने की थीं, यही लोग हैं जिनके आमाल दुनिया और आख़िरत में ज़ाया हो गए और यही लोग घाटे में पड़ने वाले हैं।
