حج اور عُمرے کو اللہ تعالٰی کے لئے پورا کرو ، ہاں اگر تم روک لئے جاؤ تو جو قربانی میّسر ہو اسے کر ڈالو اور اپنے سر نہ منڈواؤ جب تک کہ قربانی قربان گاہ تک نہ پہنچ جائے البتہ تم میں سے جو بیمار ہو یا اس کے سر میں کوئی تکلیف ہو ( جس کی وجہ سے سر منڈا لے ) تو اس پر فدیہ ہے خواہ روزے رکھ لے خواہ صدقہ دے دے ، خواہ قربانی کرے پس جب تم امن کی حالت میں ہو جاؤ تو جو شخص عمرے سے لے کر حج تک تمتع کرے پس اسے جو قربانی میّسر ہو اسے کر ڈالے جسے طاقت ہی نہ ہو تو وہ تین روزے تو حج کے دنوں میں رکھ لے اور سات واپسی میں یہ پورے دس ہوگئے یہ حکم ان کے لئے ہے جو مسجد حرام کے رہنے والے نہ ہوں لوگو! اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو اور جان لو کہ اللہ تعالٰی سخت عذاب والا ہے ۔

And complete the Hajj and 'umrah for Allah . But if you are prevented, then [offer] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal has reached its place of slaughter. And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the head [making shaving necessary must offer] a ransom of fasting [three days] or charity or sacrifice. And when you are secure, then whoever performs 'umrah [during the Hajj months] followed by Hajj [offers] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And whoever cannot find [or afford such an animal] - then a fast of three days during Hajj and of seven when you have returned [home]. Those are ten complete [days]. This is for those whose family is not in the area of al-Masjid al-Haram. And fear Allah and know that Allah is severe in penalty.

یہ سن لیا اب اور سنو! اللہ کی نشانیوں کی جو عزت و حرمت کرے اس کے دل کی پرہیزگاری کی وجہ سے یہ ہے ۔

That [is so]. And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts.

یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے کہا کہ اللہ تعالٰی نے ہمیں حکم دیا ہے کہ کسی رسول کو نہ مانیں جب تک وہ ہمارے پاس ایسی قربانی نہ لائے جسے آگ کھا جائے ۔ آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ اگر تم سچّے ہو تو مجھ سے پہلے تمہارے پاس جو رسول دیگر معجزوں کے ساتھ یہ بھی لائے جیسے تم کہہ رہے ہو پھر تم نے انہیں کیوں مار ڈالا؟

[They are] those who said, "Indeed, Allah has taken our promise not to believe any messenger until he brings us an offering which fire [from heaven] will consume." Say, "There have already come to you messengers before me with clear proofs and [even] that of which you speak. So why did you kill them, if you should be truthful?"

اور ہم نے ایک بڑا ذبیحہ اس کے فدیہ میں دے دیا ۔

And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice,

یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے کفر کیا اور تم کو مسجد حرام سے روکا اور قربانی کے لئے موقوف جانور کو اس کی قربان گاہ میں پہنچنے سے ( روکا ) اور اگر ایسے ( بہت سے ) مسلمان مرد اور ( بہت سی ) مسلمان عورتیں نہ ہوتیں جن کی تم کو خبر نہ تھی یعنی ان کے پس جانے کا احتمال نہ ہوتا جس پر ان کی وجہ سے تم کو بھی بے خبری میں ضرر پہنچتا ( تو تمہیں لڑنے کی اجازت دے دی جاتی لیکن ایسا نہیں کیا گیا ) تاکہ اللہ تعالٰی اپنی رحمت میں جس کو چاہے داخل کرے اور اگر یہ الگ الگ ہوتے تو ان میں جو کافر تھے ہم ان کو دردناک سزا دیتے ۔

They are the ones who disbelieved and obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Haram while the offering was prevented from reaching its place of sacrifice. And if not for believing men and believing women whom you did not know - that you might trample them and there would befall you because of them dishonor without [your] knowledge - [you would have been permitted to enter Makkah]. [This was so] that Allah might admit to His mercy whom He willed. If they had been apart [from them], We would have punished those who disbelieved among them with painful punishment

اے ایمان والو! اللہ تعالٰی کے شعائر کی بے حرمتی نہ کرو نہ ادب والے مہینوں کی نہ حرم میں قربان ہونے والے اور پٹے پہنائے گئے جانوروں کی جو کعبہ کو جا رہے ہوں اور نہ ان لوگوں کی جو بیت اللہ کے قصد سے اپنے رب تعالٰی کے فضل اور اس کی رضا جوئی کی نیت سے جا رہے ہوں ہاں جب تم احرام اتار ڈالو تو شکار کھیل سکتے ہو جن لوگوں نے تمہیں مسجد حرام سے روکا تھا ان کی دشمنی تمہیں اس بات پر امادہ نہ کرے کہ تم حد سے گزر جاؤ نیکی اور پرہیزگاری میں ایک دوسرے کی امداد کرتے رہو اور گناہ اورظلم زیادتی میں مدد نہ کرو اور اللہ تعالٰی سے ڈرتے رہو ، بیشک اللہ تعالٰی سخت سزا دینے والا ہے ۔

O you who have believed, do not violate the rites of Allah or [the sanctity of] the sacred month or [neglect the marking of] the sacrificial animals and garlanding [them] or [violate the safety of] those coming to the Sacred House seeking bounty from their Lord and [His] approval. But when you come out of ihram, then [you may] hunt. And do not let the hatred of a people for having obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Haram lead you to transgress. And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah ; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.
