And it is He who has made you successors upon the earth and has raised some of you above others in degrees [of rank] that He may try you through what He has given you. Indeed, your Lord is swift in penalty; but indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful.
Aur woh aisa hai jiss ney tum ko zamin mein khalifa banaya aur aik ka doosray per rutba barhaya takay tum ko aazmaye unn cheezon mein jo tum ko di hain. Bil yaqeen aap ka rab jald saza denay wala hai aur bil yaqeen woh waqaee bari maghfirat kerney wala meharbani kerney wala hai.
और वही है जिसने तुम्हें ज़मीन में एक-दूसरे का जानशीन बनाया और तुम में से एक का रुतबा दूसरे पर बुलंद किया; ताकि वह आज़माए तुमको अपने दिए हुए में, आपका रब जल्द सज़ा देने वाला और बेशक वह बख़्शने वाला, मेहरबान है।
Then do you wonder that there has come to you a reminder from your Lord through a man from among you, that he may warn you? And remember when He made you successors after the people of Noah and increased you in stature extensively. So remember the favors of Allah that you might succeed.
Aur kiya tum iss baat say tajjub kertay ho kay tumharay perwerdigar ki taraf say tumharay pass aik aisay shaks ki maarfat jo tumhari hi jinss ka hai koi naseehat ki baat aagaee takay woh shaks tum ko daraye aur tum yeh halat yaad kero kay Allah ney tum ko qom-e-nooh kay baad ja nasheen banaya aur deel dol mein tum ko phelao ziyada diya so Allah ki nematon ko yaad kero takay tum ko falah ho.
क्या तुमको इस पर तअज्जुब है कि तुम्हारे पास तुम्हीं में से एक शख़्स के ज़रिए तुम्हारे रब की नसीहत आई ताकि वह तुमको डराए, और याद करो जबकि उसने क़ौमे-नूह के बाद तुमको उसका जानशीन बनाया और डील-डोल में तुमको फैलाव भी ज़्यादा दिया, पस अल्लाह की नेमतों को याद करो ताकि तुम कामयाब हो जाओ।
And remember when He made you successors after the 'Aad and settled you in the land, [and] you take for yourselves palaces from its plains and carve from the mountains, homes. Then remember the favors of Allah and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption."
Aur tum yeh halat yaad kero kay Allah Taalaa ney tum ko aad kay baad janasheen banaya aur tum ko zamin per rehney ka thikana diya kay naram zamin per mehal banatay ho aur paharon ko taraash taraash ker unn mein ghar banatay ho so Allah Taalaa ki nematon ko yaad kero aur zamin mein fasaad mat phelao.
और याद करो जबकि अल्लाह ने आद के बाद तुमको जानशीन बनाया और तुमको ज़मीन में ठिकाना दिया, तुम उसके मैदानों में महल बनाते हो और पहाड़ों को तराश कर घर बनाते हो, पस अल्लाह की नेमतों को याद करो और ज़मीन में फ़साद करते न फिरो।
And Allah created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop; then He made you mates. And no female conceives nor does she give birth except with His knowledge. And no aged person is granted [additional] life nor is his lifespan lessened but that it is in a register. Indeed, that for Allah is easy.

Allah Taalaa ney tumhen mitti say phir nutfa peda kiya hai phir tumhen joray joray ( mard-o-aurat ) banadiya hai aurton ka hamila hona aur bachon ka tawallud hona sab uss kay ilm say hi hai aur jo bari umar wala umar diya jaye aur jiss kissi ki umar ghatay woh sab kitab mein likha hua hai. Allah Taalaa per yeh baat bilkul aasan hai.
अल्लाह ने तुम्हें मिट्टी से पैदा किया, फिर वीर्य से, फिर तुम्हें जोड़े-जोड़े बनाया। उस के ज्ञान के बिना न कोई स्त्री गर्भवती होती है और न जन्म देती है। और जो कोई आयु को प्राप्ति करने वाला आयु को प्राप्त करता है और जो कुछ उस की आयु में कमी होती है। अनिवार्यतः यह सब एक किताब में लिखा होता है। निश्चय ही यह सब अल्लाह के लिए अत्यन्त सरल है
It is He who has made you successors upon the earth. And whoever disbelieves - upon him will be [the consequence of] his disbelief. And the disbelief of the disbelievers does not increase them in the sight of their Lord except in hatred; and the disbelief of the disbelievers does not increase them except in loss.
Wohi aisa hai jiss ney tum ko zamin mein aabad kiya so jo shaks kufur keray ga uss kay kufur ka wabaal ussi per paray ga. Aur kafiron kay liye unn ka kufur unn kay perwerdigar kay nazdeek narazi hi barhaney ka baees hota hai aur kafiron kay liye unn ka kufur khasarah hi barhney ka baees hota hai.
वही तो है जिस ने तुम्हे धरती में ख़लीफ़ा बनाया। अब जो कोई इनकार करेगा, उस के इनकार का वबाल उसी पर है। इनकार करने वालों का इनकार उन के रब के यहाँ केवल प्रकोप ही को बढ़ाता है, और इनकार करने वालों का इनकार केवल घाटे में ही अभिवृद्धि करता है
Believe in Allah and His Messenger and spend out of that in which He has made you successors. For those who have believed among you and spent, there will be a great reward.
Allah per aur uss kay raool per eman ley aao aur uss maal mein say kharch kero jiss mein Allah ney tumhen doosron ka janasheen banaya hai pus jo tum mein say eman leyen aur kheraat keren unhen boht bara sawab milay ga.
ईमान लाओ अल्लाह और उस के रसूल पर और उस में से ख़र्च करो जिस का उस ने तु्म्हें अधिकारी बनाया है। तो तुम में से जो लोग ईमान लाए और उन्होंने ख़र्च किया, उन के लिए बड़ा प्रतिदान है
