O children of Adam, if there come to you messengers from among you relating to you My verses, then whoever fears Allah and reforms - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.
Aey aulad-e-aadam! Agar tumharay pass payghumbar aayen jo tum hi mein say hon jo meray ehkaam tum say biyan keren to jo shaks taqwa ikhtiyar keray aur durusti keray so inn logon per na kuch andesha hai aur na woh ghumgeen hongay.
ऐ आदम की औलाद! अगर तुम्हारे पास तुम ही में से रसूल आएं जो तुमको मेरी आयात सुनाएं तो जो शख़्स डरा और जिसने इस्लाह कर ली उनके लिए न कोई ख़ौफ़ होगा और न वे ग़मगीन होंगे।
And [there are] others deferred until the command of Allah - whether He will punish them or whether He will forgive them. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.
Aur kuch aur log hain jin ka moamla Allah kay hukum aaney tak mulatawee hai unn ko saza dey ga ya unn ki toba qabool ker ley ga aur Allah khoob jannay wala hai bara hikmata wala hai.
कुछ दूसरे लोग हैं जिनका मामला अभी अल्लाह का हुक्म आने तक ठहरा हुआ है, या वे उनको सज़ा देगा या उनकी तौबा क़बूल करेगा, और अल्लाह जानने वाला, हिकमत वाला है।
And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], "uff," and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word.
Aur tera perwerdigar saaf saaf hukum dey chuka hai kay tum uss kay siwa kissi aur ki ibadat na kerna aur maa baap kay sath ehsan kerna. Agar teri mojoodgi mein inn mein say aik ya yeh dono burhapay ko phonch jayen to unn kay aagay uff tak na kehna na unhen daant dapat kerna bulkay unn kay sath adab-o-ehtram say baat cheet kerna.
और आपके रब ने फ़ैसला कर दिया है कि तुम उसके सिवा किसी और की इबादत न करो और माँ-बाप के साथ अच्छा सलूक करो, अगर वे तुम्हारे सामने बुढ़ापे को पहुँच जाएं उनमें से कोई एक या दोनों तो उनको उफ़ न कहें और न उनको झिड़कें और उनसे एहतराम के साथ बात करें।
Say, "Whoever is in error - let the Most Merciful extend for him an extension [in wealth and time] until, when they see that which they were promised - either punishment [in this world] or the Hour [of resurrection] - they will come to know who is worst in position and weaker in soldiers."
Keh dijiye! Jo gumrahi mein hota Allah rehman uss ko khoob lambi mohlat deta hai yehan tak kay woh unn cheezon kay dekh len jin ka wada kiye jatay hain yaani azab ya qayamat ko uss waqt unn ko sahih tor per maloom ho jayega kay kaun buray martabay wala aur kiss ka jutha kamzor hai.
कह दो, "जो गुमराही में पड़ा हुआ है उस के प्रति तो यही चाहिए कि रहमान उस की रस्सी ख़ूब ढीली छोड़ दे, यहाँ तक कि जब ऐसे लोग उस चीज़ को देख लेंगे जिस का उन से वादा किया जाता है - चाहे यातना हो या क़ियामत की घड़ी - तो वे उस समय जान लेंगे कि अपने स्थान की स्पष्ट से कौन निकृष्ट और जत्थे की दृष्टि से अधिक कमजोर है।"
Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised,
Aap dua keren kay aey meray perwerdigar! Agar tu mujhay woh dikhaye jiss ka wada enhen diya jaraha hai.
कहो, "ऐ मेरे रब! जिस चीज़ का वादा उन से किया जा रहा है, वह यदि तू मुझे दिखाए
Indeed, We guided him to the way, be he grateful or be he ungrateful.
Hum ney ussay raah dikhai abb khua wo shukar guzar banay khua na shukra
हम ने उसे मार्ग दिखाया, अब चाहे वह कृतज्ञ बने या अकृतज्ञ
