And [mention] when Abraham said, "My Lord, make this a secure city and provide its people with fruits - whoever of them believes in Allah and the Last Day." [ Allah ] said. "And whoever disbelieves - I will grant him enjoyment for a little; then I will force him to the punishment of the Fire, and wretched is the destination."
Jab ibrahim ney kaha aey perwerdigar! Tu iss jagah ko aman wala shehar bana aur yahan kay bashindon ko jo Allah Taalaa per aur qayamat kay din per eman rakhney walay hon phalon ki roziyan dey. Allah Taalaa ney farmaya: mein kafiron ko bhi thora faeeda doon ga phir unhen aag kay azab ki taraf bey bus ker doon ga yeh phonchney ki jagah buri hai.
और जब इब्राहीम (अलै॰) ने कहाः ऐ मेरे रब! इस शहर को अमन का शहर बना दे, और इसके बाशिंदों को जो उनमें से अल्लाह और आख़िरत के दिन पर ईमान रखें फ़लों की रोज़ी अता फ़रमा, अल्लाह ने कहाः जो इनकार करेगा मैं उसको भी थोड़े दिनों का फ़ायदा दूंगा, फिर उसको आग के अज़ाब की तरफ़ धकेल दूंगा, और वह बहुत बुरा ठिकाना है।
In it are clear signs [such as] the standing place of Abraham. And whoever enters it shall be safe. And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way. But whoever disbelieves - then indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds.
Jiss mein khuli khuli nishaniyan hain muqam-e-ibrahim hai iss mein jo aajaye aman wala hojata hai Allah Taalaa ney unn logon per jo uss ki taraf raah paa saktay hon uss ghar ka hajj farz ker diya hai. Aur jo koi kufur keray to Allah Taalaa ( uss sau bulkay ) tamam duniya say bey perwah hai.
उसमें खुली हुई निशानियाँ हैं, मक़ामे-इब्राहीम है, जो उसमें दाख़िल हो जाए वह अमन पा लेगा, और लोगों पर अल्लाह का यह हक़ है कि जो उस घर तक पहुँचने की ताक़त रखता हो वह उसका हज करे, और जो मुनकिर हुआ तो अल्लाह तमाम दुनिया वालों से बेनियाज़ है।
And [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham said, "My Lord, make this city [Makkah] secure and keep me and my sons away from worshipping idols.
( Ibrahim ki yeh dua bhi yaad kero ) jab unhon ney kaha kay aey meray perwerdigar! Iss shehar ko aman wala bana dey aur mujhay aur meri aulad ko butt parasti say panah dey.
और जब इब्राहीम (अलै॰) ने कहा कि ऐ मेरे रब! इस शहर को अमन वाला बनाइए और मुझको और मेरी औलाद को इससे दूर रखिए कि हम बुतों की इबादत करें।
And they say, "If we were to follow the guidance with you, we would be swept from our land." Have we not established for them a safe sanctuary to which are brought the fruits of all things as provision from Us? But most of them do not know.
Kehney lagay kay agar hum aap kay sath hoker hidayat kay tabey daar bann jayen to hum to apnay mulk say uchak liye jayen kiya hum ney unehn aman-o-amaan aur hurmat walay haram mein jagah nahi di? Jahan tamam cheezon kay phal khinchay chalay aatay hain jo humaray pass bator rizk kay hain lekin inn mein say aksar kuch nahi jantay.
वे कहते हैं, "यदि हम तुम्हारे साथ इस मार्गदर्शन का अनुसरण करें तो अपने भू-भाग से उचक लिए जाएँगे।" क्या ख़तरों से सुरक्षित हरम में हम ने ठिकाना नहीं दिया, जिस की ओर हमारी ओर से रोज़ी के रूप में हर चीज़ की पैदावार खिंची चली आती है? किन्तु उन में से अधिकतर जानते नहीं
Have they not seen that We made [Makkah] a safe sanctuary, while people are being taken away all around them? Then in falsehood do they believe, and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve?
Kiya yeh nahi dekhtay kay hum ney haram ko baa-aman bana diya hai halankay inn kay ird-gird say log uchak liye jatay hain kiya yeh batil per to yaqeen rakhtay hain aur Allah Taalaa ki nematon per na-shukri kertay hain.
क्या उन्होंने देखा नही कि हम ने एक शान्तिमय हरम बनाया, हालाँकि उन के आसपास से लोग उचक लिए जाते हैं, तो क्या फिर भी वे असत्य पर ईमान रखते हैं और अल्लाह की अनुकम्पा के प्रति कृतघ्नता दिखलाते हैं?
Indeed, those who inject deviation into Our verses are not concealed from Us. So, is he who is cast into the Fire better or he who comes secure on the Day of Resurrection? Do whatever you will; indeed, He is Seeing of what you do.
Be-shak jo log humari aayaton mein kaj-rawi kertay hain woh ( kuch ) hum say makhfi nahi ( batlao to ) jo aag mein dala jaye woh acha hai ya woh jo aman-o-amaan kay sath qayamat kay din aaye? Tum jo chahao kertay chalay jao woh tumhara sab kiya keraya dekh raha hai.
जो लोग हमारी आयतों में कुटिलता की नीति अपनाते हैं वे हम से छिपे हुए नहीं हैं, तो क्या जो व्यक्ति आग में डाला जाए वह अच्छा है या वह जो क़ियामत के दिन निश्चिन्त होकर आएगा? जो चाहो कर लो, तुम जो कुछ करते हो वह तो उसे देख ही रहा है
