الفاظ ( اَنْفَقُوْا )

جو لوگ اپنا مال اللہ تعالٰی کی راہ میں خرچ کرتے ہیں پھر اس کے بعد نہ تو احسان جتاتے ہیں اور نہ ایذا دیتے ہیں ، ان کا اجر ان کے رب کے پاس ہے ان پر نہ تو کچھ خوف ہے نہ وہ اداس ہونگے ۔

Those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah and then do not follow up what they have spent with reminders [of it] or [other] injury will have their reward with their Lord, and there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.

مرد عورتوں پر حاکم ہیں اس وجہ سے کہ اللہ تعالٰی نے ایک کو دوسرے پر فضیلت دی ہے اور اس وجہ سے کہ مردوں نےاپنے مال خرچ کئے ہیں ، پس نیک فرمانبردار عورتیں خاوند کی عدم موجودگی میں بہ حفاظتِ الٰہی نگہداشت رکھنے والیاں ہیں اور جن عورتوں کی نافرمانی اور بددماغی کا تمہیں خوف ہو انہیں نصیحت کرو اور انہیں الگ بستروں پر چھوڑ دو اور انہیں مار کی سزا دو پھر اگر وہ تابعداری کریں تو ان پر راستہ تلاش نہ کرو ، بیشک اللہ تعالٰی بڑی بلندی اور بڑائی والا ہے

Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.

اور جو خرچ کرتے وقت بھی نہ تواسراف کرتے ہیں نہ بخیلی بلکہ ان دونوں کے درمیان معتدل طریقے پر خرچ کرتے ہیں ۔

And [they are] those who, when they spend, do so not excessively or sparingly but are ever, between that, [justly] moderate

تمہیں کیا ہو گیا ہے جو تم اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ نہیں کرتے؟ دراصل آسمانوں اور زمینوں کی میراث کا مالک ( تنہا ) اللہ ہی ہے تم میں سے جن لوگوں نے فتح سے پہلے فی سبیل اللہ دیا ہے اور قتال کیا ہے وہ ( دوسروں کے ) برابر نہیں بلکہ ان سے بہت بڑے درجے کے ہیں جنہوں نے فتح کے بعد خیراتیں دیں اور جہاد کیے ، ہاں بھلائی کا وعدہ تو اللہ تعالٰی کا ان سب سے ہے جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو اس سے اللہ خبردار ہے ۔

And why do you not spend in the cause of Allah while to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth? Not equal among you are those who spent before the conquest [of Makkah] and fought [and those who did so after it]. Those are greater in degree than they who spent afterwards and fought. But to all Allah has promised the best [reward]. And Allah , with what you do, is Acquainted.

اے ایمان والو! جب تمہارے پاس مومن عورتیں ہجرت کر کے آئیں تو تم ان کا امتحان لو دراصل ان کے ایمان کو بخوبی جاننے والا تو اللہ ہی ہے لیکن اگر وہ تمہیں ایمان والیاں معلوم ہوں تو اب تم انہیں کافروں کی طرف واپس نہ کرو ، یہ ان کے لئے حلال نہیں اور نہ وہ ان کے لئے حلال ہیں اور جو خرچ ان کافروں کا ہوا ہو وہ انہیں ادا کردو ان عورتوں کو ان کے مہر دے کر ان سے نکاح کر لینے میں تم پر کوئی گناہ نہیں اور کافر عورتوں کی ناموس اپنے قبضے میں نہ رکھو اور جو کچھ تم نے خرچ کیا ہو ، مانگ لوا ور جو کچھ ان کافروں نے خرچ کیا ہو وہ بھی مانگ لیں یہ اللہ کا فیصلہ ہے جو تمہارے درمیان کر رہا ہے اللہ تعالٰی بڑے علم ( اور ) حکمت والا ہے ۔

O you who have believed, when the believing women come to you as emigrants, examine them. Allah is most knowing as to their faith. And if you know them to be believers, then do not return them to the disbelievers; they are not lawful [wives] for them, nor are they lawful [husbands] for them. But give the disbelievers what they have spent. And there is no blame upon you if you marry them when you have given them their due compensation. And hold not to marriage bonds with disbelieving women, but ask for what you have spent and let them ask for what they have spent. That is the judgement of Allah ; He judges between you. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.

اور اگر تمہاری کوئی بیوی تمہارے ہاتھ سے نکل جائے اور کافروں کے پاس چلی جائے پھر تمیں اس کے بدلے کا وقت مل جائے تو جن کی بیویاں چلی گئی ہیں انہیں ان کے اخراجات کے برابر ادا کر دو ، اور اس اللہ تعالٰی سے ڈرتے رہو جس پر تم ایمان رکھتے ہو ۔

And if you have lost any of your wives to the disbelievers and you subsequently obtain [something], then give those whose wives have gone the equivalent of what they had spent. And fear Allah , in whom you are believers.
