And [recall] when Moses said to his people, "Indeed, Allah commands you to slaughter a cow." They said, "Do you take us in ridicule?" He said, "I seek refuge in Allah from being among the ignorant."
Aur ( hazrat ) musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney jab apni qom say kaha kay Allah Taalaa tumhen aik gaaye zibah kerney ka hukum deta hai to unhon ney kaha hum say mazak kiyon kertay ho? Aap ney jawab diya kay mein aisa jahil honey say Allah ki panah pakarta hun.
और जब मूसा ने अपनी क़ौम से कहा कि अल्लाह तुमको हुक्म देता है कि तुम एक गाय ज़बह करो, उन्होंने कहा कि क्या तुम हमसे मज़ाक़ कर रहे हो? मूसा ने कहा कि मैं अल्लाह की पनाह चाहता हूँ कि मैं ऐसा नादान बनूँ।
They said, "Call upon your Lord to make clear to us what it is." [Moses] said, "[ Allah ] says, 'It is a cow which is neither old nor virgin, but median between that,' so do what you are commanded."
Unhon ney kaha aey musa! dua kijiye kay Allah Taalaa humaray liye iss ki maahiyat biyan ker dey aap ney farmaya suno! woh gaaye na to bilkul burhiya ho na bacha bulkay darmiyani umar ki no jawan ho abb jo tumhen hukum diya gaya hai baja lao.
उन्होंने कहाः अपने रब से दरख़्वास्त करो कि वह हमसे बयान करे कि वह गाय कैसी हो, मूसा ने कहाः अल्लाह फ़रमाता है कि वह गाय न बूढ़ी हो न बच्ची, इनके बीच की हो, अब कर डालो जो हुक्म तुमको मिला है।
They said, "Call upon your Lord to show us what is her color." He said, "He says, 'It is a yellow cow, bright in color - pleasing to the observers.' "
Woh phir kehnay lagay kay dua kijiye kay Allah Taalaa biyan keray uss ka rang kiya hai? Farmaya woh kehta hai kay woh gaaye zard rang ki hai chamkeela aur dekhney walon ko bhala lagney wala uss ka rang hai.
उन्होंने कहाः अपने रब से दरख़्वास्त करो वह बयान करे कि उसका रंग क्या हो, मूसा ने कहाः अल्लाह फ़रमाता है कि वह गहरे ज़र्द रंग की हो, देखने वालों को अच्छी मालूम होती हो।
They said, "Call upon your Lord to make clear to us what it is. Indeed, [all] cows look alike to us. And indeed we, if Allah wills, will be guided."
Woh kehney lagay apney rab say aur dua kijiye kay humen uss ki mazeed maahiyat batlaye iss qisam ki gaye to boht hain pata nahi chalta agar Allah ney chaha to hum hidayat walay hojayen gay.
उन्होंने कहा कि अपने रब से दरख़्वास्त करो कि वह हमसे बयान कर दे कि वह कैसी हो; क्योंकि गाय में हमको शुब्हा पड़ गया है, और अल्लाह ने चाहा तो हम राह पा लेंगे।
He said, "He says, 'It is a cow neither trained to plow the earth nor to irrigate the field, one free from fault with no spot upon her.' " They said, "Now you have come with the truth." So they slaughtered her, but they could hardly do it.
Aap ney farmaya kay Allah ka farman hai kay woh gaaye kaam kerney wali zamin mein hal jootney wali aur kheton ko pani pilaney wali nahi woh tandrust aur bey daagh hai unhon ney kaha abb aap ney haq wazeh ker diya go woh hukum bardari kay qarib na thay lekin ussay mana aur gaaye zibah ker di.
मूसा ने कहाः अल्लाह फ़रमाता है कि वह ऐसी गाय हो कि मेहनत करने वाली न हो, ज़मीन को जोतने वाली और खेतों को पानी देने वाली न हो, वह सालिम हो उसमें कोई दाग़ न हो, उन्होंने कहाः अब तुम वाज़ेह बात लाए, फिर उन्होंने उसको ज़बह किया और वे ज़बह करते नज़र न आते थे।
And [recall] when you slew a man and disputed over it, but Allah was to bring out that which you were concealing.
Jab tum ney aik shaks ko qatal ker dala phir uss mein ikhtilaf kerney lagay aur tumhari posheedgi ko Allah Taalaa zahir kerney wala tha.
और जब तुमने एक शख़्स को मार डाला, फिर एक-दूसरे पर उसका इल्ज़ाम थोपने लगे; हालाँकि अल्लाह को ज़ाहिर करना मंज़ूर था जो कुछ तुम छुपाना चाहते थे।
So, We said, "Strike the slain man with part of it." Thus does Allah bring the dead to life, and He shows you His signs that you might reason.
Hum ney kaha iss gaaye ka aik tukra maqtool kay jism ko laga do ( woh ji utahay ga ) issi tarah Allah Taalaa murdon ko zinda ker kay tumhen tumhari aqal mandi kay liye apni nishaniyan dikhata hai/
पस हमने हुक्म दिया कि मारो इस मुर्दे को उस गाय का एक टुकड़ा, इसी तरह अल्लाह ज़िंदा करेगा मुर्दों को और वह तुमको अपनी निशानियाँ दिखाता है; ताकि तुम समझो।
