الفاظ ( وَّرَحْمَةً )

اپنی طرف سے مرتبے کی بھی اور بخشش کی بھی اور رحمت کی بھی اور اللہ تعالٰی بخشش کرنے والا اور رحم کرنے والا ہے ۔

Degrees [of high position] from Him and forgiveness and mercy. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.

پھر ہم نے موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) کو کتاب دی تھی جس سے اچھی طرح عمل کرنے والوں پر نعمت پوری ہو اور سب احکام کی تفصیل ہوجائے اور رہنمائی ہو اور رحمت ہو تاکہ وہ لوگ اپنے رب کے ملنے پر یقین لائیں ۔

Then We gave Moses the Scripture, making complete [Our favor] upon the one who did good and as a detailed explanation of all things and as guidance and mercy that perhaps in [the matter of] the meeting with their Lord they would believe.

اور ہم نے ان لوگوں کے پاس ایک ایسی کتاب پہنچا دی ہے جس کو ہم نے اپنے علم کامل سے بہت واضح کر کے بیان کر دیا ہے وہ ذریعہ ہدایت اور رحمت ان لوگوں کے لئے ہے جو ایمان لائے ہیں ۔

And We had certainly brought them a Book which We detailed by knowledge - as guidance and mercy to a people who believe.

کیا وہ شخص جو اپنے رب کے پاس کی دلیل پر ہو اور اس کے ساتھ اللہ کی طرف کا گواہ ہو اور اس سے پہلے موسیٰ کی کتاب ( گواہ ہو ) جو پیشوا و رحمت ہے ( اوروں کے برابر ہو سکتا ہے؟ ) یہی لوگ ہیں جو اس پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں اور تمام فرقوں میں سے جو بھی اس کا منکر ہو اس کے آخری وعدے کی جگہ جہنم ہے پس تو اس میں کسی قسم کے شبہ میں نہ رہ یقیناً یہ تیرے رب کی جانب سے سراسر برحق ہے ، لیکن اکثر لوگ ایمان لانے والے نہیں ہوتے ۔

So is one who [stands] upon a clear evidence from his Lord [like the aforementioned]? And a witness from Him follows it, and before it was the Scripture of Moses to lead and as mercy. Those [believers in the former revelations] believe in the Qur'an. But whoever disbelieves in it from the [various] factions - the Fire is his promised destination. So be not in doubt about it. Indeed, it is the truth from your Lord, but most of the people do not believe.

ان کے بیان میں عقل والوں کے لئے یقیناً نصیحت اور عبرت ہے یہ قرآن جھوٹ بنائی ہوئی بات نہیں بلکہ یہ تصدیق ہےان کتابوں کی جو اس سے پہلے کی ہیں کھول کھول کر بیان کرنے والا ہے ہرچیز کو اور ہدایت اور رحمت ہے ایمان دار لوگوں کے لئے

There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur'an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.

اس کتاب کو ہم نے آپ پر اس لئے اتارا ہے کہ آپ ان کے لئے ہر اس چیز کو واضح کر دیں جس میں وہ اختلاف کر رہے ہیں اور یہ ایمان داروں کے لئے راہنمائی اور رحمت ہے ۔

And We have not revealed to you the Book, [O Muhammad], except for you to make clear to them that wherein they have differed and as guidance and mercy for a people who believe.

اور جس دن ہم ہر امت میں انہی میں سے ان کے مقابلے پر گواہ کھڑا کریں گے اور تجھے ان سب پر گواہ بنا کر لائیں گے اور ہم نے تجھ پر یہ کتاب نازل فرمائی ہے جس میں ہرچیز کا شافی بیان ہے اور ہدایت اور رحمت اور خوشخبری ہے مسلمانوں کے لئے ۔

And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect among every nation a witness over them from themselves. And We will bring you, [O Muhammad], as a witness over your nation. And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims.
