Those to whom We have given the Scripture recognize it as they recognize their [own] sons. Those who will lose themselves [in the Hereafter] do not believe.
Jin logon ko hum ney kitab di hai woh log rasoolon ko pehchantay hain jiss tarah apney beton ko pehchantay hain. Jin logon ney apney aap ko ghatay mein daala hai so woh eman nahi layen gay.
जिन लोगों को हमने किताब दी है वे मुहम्मद (सल्ल॰) को ऐसे पहचानते हैं जैसे अपने बेटों को पहचानते हैं, जिन लोगों ने अपने आपको घाटे में रखा वे उसको नहीं मानते।
Those are the ones to whom We gave the Scripture and authority and prophethood. But if the disbelievers deny it, then We have entrusted it to a people who are not therein disbelievers.
Yeh log aisay thay kay hum ney unn ko kitab aur hikmat aur naboowat ata ki thi so agar yeh log naboowat ka inkar keren to hum ney iss kay liye aisay boht say log muqarrar ker diye hain jo iss kay munkir nahi hain.
ये वे लोग हैं जिनको हमने किताब और हिकमत और नुबुव्वत अता की, पस अगर ये (मक्का वाले) इसका इनकार कर दें तो हमने उसके लिए ऐसे लोग मुक़र्रर कर दिए हैं जो उसके मुनकिर नहीं हैं।
[Say], "Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail?" And those to whom We [previously] gave the Scripture know that it is sent down from your Lord in truth, so never be among the doubters.
To kiya Allah kay siwa kissi aur faisla kerney walay ko talash keroon halankay woh aisa hai kay uss ney aik kitab-e-kaamil tumharay pass bhej di hai iss kay mazmeen khoob saaf saaf biyan kiye gaye hain aur jin logon ko hum ney kitab di hai woh iss baat ko yaqeen kay sath jantay hain kay yeh aap kay rab ki taraf say haq kay sath bheji gaee hai so aap shuba kerney walon mein say na hon.
क्या मैं अल्लाह के सिवा किसी और को फ़ैसला करने वाला बनाऊँ; हालाँकि उसने तुम्हारी तरफ़ वाज़ेह किताब उतारी है, और जिन लोगों को हमने पहले किताब दी थी वे जानते हैं कि यह आपके रब की तरफ़ से उतारी गई है हक़ के साथ, पस आप शक करने वालों में से न बनें।
And [the believers among] those to whom We have given the [previous] Scripture rejoice at what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], but among the [opposing] factions are those who deny part of it. Say, "I have only been commanded to worship Allah and not associate [anything] with Him. To Him I invite, and to Him is my return."
Jinhen hum ney kitab di hai woh to jo kuch aap per utara jata hai uss say khush hotay hain aur doosray fiqay iss ki baaz baaton say munkir hain. Aap ailaan ker dijiye kay mujhay to sirf yehi hukum diya gaya hai kay mein Allah ki ibadat keroon aur uss kay sath shareek na keroon mein ussi ki taraf bula raha hun aur ussi ki janib mera lotna hai.
और जिन लोगों को हमने किताब दी थी वे उस चीज़ पर ख़ुश हैं जो आप पर उतारी गई है, और उन गिरोहों में ऐसे भी हैं जो उसके बअज़ हिस्से का इनकार करते हैं, कह दीजिए कि मुझे हुक्म दिया गया है कि मैं अल्लाह की इबादत करूँ और किसी को उसका शरीक न ठहराऊँ, मैं उसी की तरफ़ बुलाता हूँ और उसी की तरफ़ मेरा लौटना है।
Those to whom We gave the Scripture before it - they are believers in it.
Jiss ko hum ney iss say pehlay kitab inayat farmaee woh to uss per bhi eman rakhtay hain.
जिन लोगों को हम ने इससे पूर्व किताब दी थी, वे इस पर ईमान लाते हैं
And thus We have sent down to you the Qur'an. And those to whom We [previously] gave the Scripture believe in it. And among these [people of Makkah] are those who believe in it. And none reject Our verses except the disbelievers.
Aur hum ney issi tarah aap ki taraf apni kitab nazil farmaee hai pus jinhen hum ney kitab di hai woh iss per eman latay hain aur inn ( mushrikeen ) mein say baaz iss per eman rakhtay hain aur humari aayaton ka inkar sirf kafir hi kertay hain.
इसी प्रकार हम ने तुम्हारी ओर किताब अवतरित की है, तो जिन्हें हम ने किताब प्रदान की है वे उस पर ईमान लाएँगे। उन में से कुछ उस पर ईमान ला भी रहे हैं। हमारी आयतों का इनकार तो केवल न मानने वाले ही करते हैं
