And if We had not strengthened you, you would have almost inclined to them a little.
Agar hum aap ko sabit qadam na rakhtay to boht mumkin tha kay inn ki taraf qadray qaleel maeel ho hi jatay.
यदि हम तुम्हें जमाव प्रदान न करते तो तुम उन की ओर थोड़ा झुकने के निकट जा पहुँचते
And why did you, when you entered your garden, not say, 'What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah '? Although you see me less than you in wealth and children,
Tu ney apney baagh mein jatay waqt kiyon na kaha kay Allah ka chaha honey wala hai koi taqat nahi magar Allah ki madad say agar tu mujhay maal-o-aulad mein apney say kam dekh raha hai.
और ऐसा क्यों न हुआ कि जब तूने अपने बाग़ में प्रवेश किया तो कहता, 'जो अल्लाह चाहे, बिना अल्लाह के कोई शक्ति नहीं?' यदि तू देखता है कि मैं धन और संतति में तुझसे कम हूँ,
And why, when you heard it, did you not say, "It is not for us to speak of this. Exalted are You, [O Allah ]; this is a great slander"?
Tum ney aisi baat ko suntay hi kiyon na keh diya kay humen aisi baat mun say nikalni bhi laeeq nahi. Ya-Allah! Tu pak hai yeh to boht bara bohtan hai aur tohmat hai.
और ऐसा क्यों न हुआ कि जब तुम ने उसे सुना था तो कह देते, "हमारे लिए उचित नहीं कि हम ऐसी बात ज़बान पर लाएँ। महान और उच्च है तू (अल्लाह)! यह तो एक बड़ी तोहमत है?"
And if not that a disaster should strike them for what their hands put forth [of sins] and they would say, "Our Lord, why did You not send us a messenger so we could have followed Your verses and been among the believers?"...
Agar yeh baat na hoti kay enhen unn kay apnay hathon aagay bhejay huyey aemaal ki waja say koi naseehat phonchti to yeh keh uthtay kay aey humaray rab! Tu ney humari taraf koi rasool kiyon na bheja? Kay hum teri aayaton ki tabeydaari kertay aur eman walon mein say ho jatay.
(हम रसूल बनाकर न भेजते) यदि यह बात न होती कि जो कुछ उन के हाथ आगे भेज चुके हैं उस के कारण जब उन पर कोई मुसीबत आए तो वे कहने लगें, "ऐ हमारे रब, तूने क्यों न हमारी ओर कोई रसूल भेजा कि हम तेरी आयतों का (अनुसरण) करते और मोमिन होते?"
And they urge you to hasten the punishment. And if not for [the decree of] a specified term, punishment would have reached them. But it will surely come to them suddenly while they perceive not.
Yeh log aap say azab ki jaldi ker rahey hain. Agar meri taraf say muqarrar kiya hua waqt na hota to abhi tak inn kay pass azab aa chuka hota yeh yaqeeni baat hai kay achanak inn ki bey khabri mein inn kay pass azab aa phonchay ga.
वे तुम से यातना के लिए जल्दी मचा रहे हैं। यदि इसका एक नियत समय न होता तो उन पर अवश्य ही यातना आ जाती। वह तो अचानक उन पर आकर रहेगी कि उन्हें ख़बर भी न होगी
And if it were not that the people would become one community [of disbelievers], We would have made for those who disbelieve in the Most Merciful - for their houses - ceilings and stairways of silver upon which to mount
Aur agar yeh baat na hoti kay tamam log aik hi tareeqay per hojayen gay to rehman kay sath kufur kerney walon kay gharon ki chatton ko hum chandi bana detay. Aur zeenon ko ( bhi ) jinn per charha kertay.
यदि इस बात की सम्भावना न होती कि सब लोग एक ही समुदाय (अधर्मी) हो जाएँगे, तो जो लोग रहमान के साथ कुफ़्र करते हैं उन के लिए हम उन के घरों की छतें चाँदी की कर देते हैं और सीढ़ियाँ भी जिन पर वे चढ़ते।
And if not that Allah had decreed for them evacuation, He would have punished them in [this] world, and for them in the Hereafter is the punishment of the Fire.
Aur agar Allah Taalaa ney inn per jila watni ko muqaddar na ker diya hota to yaqeenan enhen duniya mein azab deta aur aakhirat mein ( to ) inn kay liye aag ka azab hai hi.
यदि अल्लाह ने उन के लिए देश निकाला न लिख दिया होता तो दुनिया में ही वह उन्हें अवश्य यातना दे देता, और आख़िरत में तो उन के लिए आग की यातना है ही
